Rates & Inclusions
✔ Electricity usage – up to 300 units per day (sufficient for normal use with air conditioning turned off when not in use). Excess usage is charged at 7 Baht per unit.
✔ 1 round-trip airport transfer – Minibus with driver included.
✔ Full villa staff, including a Villa Concierge Manager, Villa Manager, Chef, and housekeeping team.
💡 Note: The villa is equipped with large solar panels, significantly reducing electricity costs.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,500 USD (or equivalent currency) is required upon arrival.

Food & beverages are billed at market price + 20% service charge.
Staff are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (some start at 7 a.m. for initial tasks), assisting with daily cleaning and meal preparations. For services beyond 9 p.m., an extra THB 300 per hour per person applies.
