Home is located on dead end quiet paved road. Boat Launch at the corner. Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms w/Queen Beds in each room & 1 twin pull out sofa in bedroom #1, Full Bath/Tub, Open Family Room/Kitchen with 52' Flat Screen TV/Wifi/Internet/Netflix, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Central Air, all kitchen utensils included (coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, blender, mixer, storage bowls/measuring cups) & kitchen table that seats 6 upstairs. A beautiful view over looking the water with a large deck & patio chairs. Lower level has 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, open family room with stunning views & 2 Queen size sleeper sofas, kitchen table seating for 6 with a breakfast bar seating for 2 additional people, large buffet counter for serving big meals, additional fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stand up shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, patio doors out to deck with gas BBQ grill and steps leading down to beach, covered pavilion with swing, patio table & chairs, fire pit, new lighted dock/bench for fishing and sandy water to play in. We supply all bedding linens, we also supply towels/hand towels/wash cloths, beach towels (you must wash all towels if used before check out) or you can bring your own towels. ***There is a 3rdParty Boat Rental Available. We do not supply any water related devices or water crafts or water flotation devices. You are more than welcome to bring your own water crafts, flotations or boats***
