Fully furnished modern rustic decor and necessities down to sheets, towels, and kitchen necessities
Off of Highway 54 - close to everything! Blocks away from the bypass and multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and restaurants
Within 10 minutes Owensboro Health Regional Hospital and a number of other medical facilities.
Guest have full access to the mother-in-law suite with full kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a dedicated section of a larger shared patio space.
Viewings prior to booking can be arranged to accommodate guests staying for longer durations.
The neighborhood is a quiet, single family home, neighborhood located blocks behind a commercial area with shops, restaurants, gas stations, and coffee shops.
Open street parking is available
A car is recommended for getting around
Lyft is available in the area
The mother-in-law suite entrance is a bright blue door with a white "Welcome" sign located on the side of the house. You can find the entrance by walking up the driveway to the garage and looking to the right.
- No pets are allowed in the unit
- No Smoking is permitted in the unit. Smoking cigarettes, cigars and vaping is allowed on the outside patio area. All debris should be placed in an ash tray.
- Notify the Host immediately of any property damage so it can be remedied. For example, water leaks, appliance issues or broken doors.
- Be respectful of other tenants and neighbors, including limiting loud noise especially during night hours and keeping shared spaces free of debris. This is a quiet neighborhood and a family lives in the front main house. It’s a great place to rest, relax and feel at home while you’re in Owensboro. It’s not a place for gatherings or parties.
- Place garbage in garbage receptacles and keep patio area free of debris
- No parking or driving through the grass
- Park on the street in the front of the house. - The AC /Heat unit is shared with the main house and kept at 72. The vents in this unit can be opened and closed to adjust temp as well as ceiling fans used. If you have a question on temp store please reach out.
