The Space:

Retreat to the master bedroom, complete with a plush king-size bed for a restful night, or the guest bedroom, which features two full-size beds for added comfort. ● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
