The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to cater to all your culinary needs. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. A washer is also available for your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Dining options are also within reach, with restaurants like Maxzi The Good Food Shop and Al Meshwar Restaurant just a 15-minute drive away. Guests can also explore a variety of eateries near Downtown Dubai and JBR, offering diverse cuisines to suit every preference.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
