This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and location for families, friends, or executives looking to enjoy Cali’s most walkable neighborhood. It’s located on a high second floor (two flights of stairs) on a quiet, tree-lined street - no elevator in the building.

The open kitchen and living area are bright and inviting, ideal for gathering over a home-cooked meal or relaxing after exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, and oil.
🖥 Sleep & stream
Each bedroom features A/C and a 43" SmartTV, while the living room has a 49" SmartTV - all ready for Netflix and your favorite apps. One of the closets includes a safe for your personal belongings.
🌐 Stay connected
The apartment features a 300 Mb fiber-optic internet connection, with the router inside the unit if you prefer a wired Ethernet connection - perfect for work or streaming.
🧼 Bathrooms
Both bathrooms come stocked with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and toilet paper.
🚪 Security
The building has video surveillance on the façade and in common areas. While there’s no 24/7 on-site staff, our cleaning and maintenance team visits daily to make sure everything runs smoothly.
🚗 Parking
There’s no private parking at the building. Please avoid leaving vehicles unattended on the street — this applies throughout Cali. We recommend the secure public parking lot by the Tertulia Museum, just 2 blocks away.
🧺 Housekeeping & laundry
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included but can be arranged with one day’s notice. Laundry is picked up, washed, dried, folded, and returned the next day. Housekeeping includes a full clean.

Once you rent the place, it's all yours. You are welcome to have visitors, but please don't exceed the 6 person maximum capacity at any time, and please respect the house rules at all times. Thank you :-)
The Neighborhood:
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located right around the corner from Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city.
SmartFit and BodyTech gyms offer daily and weekly passes and are located about 5-6 blocks away, a pleasant stroll along the river 🏋️♂️.
Getting Around:
Access to transportation is easy and the options include yellow taxis, Uber, DiDi and busses. All of them are metered (buses have a fixed price) so you need not worry about being overcharged.
But the best way to experience the area is walking around. Don't miss visiting San Antonio and the river boulevard🚕.

According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.

Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.

We provide a legal electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. This invoice complies with all local regulations, making it suitable for deducting your stay as a business expense.

This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.
