All 3 bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind: Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed, plenty of closet space with a soft mattress, high-thread-count sheets and a dedicated workspace. Three closets provide ample storage for your clothing and belongings.
Bedroom 2: An equally cozy queen-size bed with medium-soft mattress and linens for a restful night’s sleep. Keep all your belongings in the closet with shelves.
Bedroom 3: Has two twin beds and space for a queen-size blow-up mattress

House Rules
We want you to have an incredible stay while respecting our property and the family neighborhood. Please adhere to the following house rules:
· You are welcome to respectfully use the playground equipment at your own risk
· Kindly observe the check-in and check-out times
· Parties or large gatherings are not permitted
· It is a family neighborhood; noise needs to be at a minimum between 9:30 PM and 7:30 AM. Our neighbors are amazing and have early mornings. Noise monitoring devices are on site to measure only the sound level, and not record private conversations.
· Prohibited activities include: the use of illegal substances and smoking. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
· There is a no-pets policy due to owner allergies. 200$ a day for violations of policy.
· Please turn down the air conditioning when you leave the apartment or open the windows
· Ensure the windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away
· Please be kind to the chickens – abuse to the chickens will not be tolerated
· Do not turn on the fireplace for safety reasons
· The downstairs is an unfinished basement and is locked. For your safety, do not go downstairs (that includes the outside downstairs).
· Please do not go into the detached garage or west of the bench seats in the backyard - for safety reasons. If you are concerned that we need to do more to block it off, let me know and we will accommodate that.
-There is a camera in the detached garage facing the back yard for your security.
Please note that any damages to the home or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. If the cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, you will be held liable for the additional charges.

The whole process was very easy. Christopher was very responsive with a questions we may have. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe throughout our stay.

Family friendly
We absolutely loved this house. They had a drawer of toys that my littles absolutely loved playing with whole time. The backyard was a huge hit with my kids. They got to jump and swing and watch the chickens as much as they wanted. As a parent i loved that they had plastic plates, bowls, and cups. Most places weve stayed they just have glass so this was so nice. It was the perfect amount of space for my family of 6. We would absolutely stay here again.

Single ply TP
Several little things added up. We requested photos of the front of the property to assess the stairway at the entry. The Google map image was intentionality obscured and our request was never fulfilled. (Several steps with no hand rail). Driveway parking got our truck sprayed by the sprinklers each morning. Camera in the basement window watching us enter was not welcoming. Manager/Owner controlled the thermostat, got down to 61⁰ Sunday morning. The beds had plastic mattress covers, which were noisy and reflected body heat. Nice large outdoor deck that seriously needed painting. Location was great for our needs and appeared clean.

Doesnt seem like a fair review. We spent a lot of time and money trying to accomidate our guest. Had we known about his other concerns we would have addressed what we could. I think he is older and may struggle with technology

Great property for families with kids
This is a great property for families. The house was clean, the check-in/out process was easy. I got quick answers anytime I sent a message throughout the process. My kids enjoyed the outdoor play area and loved watching the chickens! The neighborhood was quiet, we felt very safe, I did not worry about my kids playing in the backyard alone. The view from the backyard was spectacular, the mountains are so beautiful. My kids were disappointed that their room did not have bunk beds like was shown in the photo online, but the twin beds were ok. The property currently seems to be mid-renovation, some areas are obviously newly updated and some are obviously older, but everything was functional. There were a few things that could be upgraded and/or added to make the stay easier/ more comfortable, but overall was pretty good. I got the feeling this property was newer to the P2P rental space, so I feel sure it will only get better and better. The event we were in town for is a yearly event, so we will likely be back year after year. I hope this property will be available next year, I'd love to see the completed project.
