During your stay, you will have access to all the amenities Green Valley has to offer, including access to multiple pools, fitness center, and community events through Green Valley Recreation for an additional fee. Perfect for those looking for a peaceful and active lifestyle. You can also venture out and explore the many hiking and biking trails in the nearby Santa Rita Mountains.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, or you can take advantage of the many fantastic restaurants in the area. The bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space. Don't forget about the second bedroom with a twin bed too! The living room features a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Lockbox is located on front screen door. Please use key as needed and place back in lockbox at checkout.

As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

A locked security door will incur an emergency visit from a door locksmith and will be fined the amount.

For Access to the GVR there will be a fee assessed upon request. Please provide us you date of birth and we can contact the main office to get you started.

Most stores are in walking distance. You are within 3 miles from Walmart, walking distance from the local walgreens and a few small boutique shops and restaurants at Green Valley Village. A car or ride service is recommended.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will held beginning 2 days prior to checkout and automatically release within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds un-made and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage receptacle. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE IN A BAG NOT JUST EMPTIED INTO GARBAGE.

*********Pickup is Monday & Thursday morning, Please place ALL trash in garbage bags, trash can is located outside the back door in the ground.

There is one reserved parking spot for your stay in front of the unit. It is labeled with the 184 A. If guests visit there is additional parking labeled guest parking with a max of 48 hours.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use (if provided).

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Do not flush personal hygiene products down the drain.

Lockbox located on front door. At checkout please lock key back up in the lockbox. Any lost keys will incur a locksmith fee for safety and replacement.

No pets allowed.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine. This property is managed by HOA.
