2000 sq ft., 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom condo which sleeps 6. It is a recently renovated home that boasts a formal living room, formal dining room, vaulted ceilings, panoramic view, breakfast nook, patio, central air, master bedroom, private gated courtyard and more. A delightful vacation home featuring cathedral ceilings, mezzanine (sleeps 2), fireplace, new carpet and paint throughout. The kitchen has a dinette area with access to the large front entry courtyard.

Sunrise Country Club is a guard gated community with 746 residential condos, Par 64 executive golf course, 13 championship tennis courts, 21 swimming pools and spas, clubhouse with dining room lounge, grille, golf and tennis pro shops, Olympic size swimming pool, fitness/activity center and hot tub a few yards from the back patio doors.

Easter vacation

We really enjoyed the property. If I could suggest one thing it would be a new vacuum. The one there is very old and didn’t do a good job. But we really enjoyed our stay and will rent there again.

The unit is as advertised, even better! Right next to the pond and just steps away from the pool and hot tub. Location is great with easy access to everything in the Palm Springs area. The Sunrise community is well groomed and very quiet. The unit is spacious, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Mariah was very helpful with booking the unit and during our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Rancho mirage condo

This condo was exactly as stated in the ad. It meet all of our needs and expectations. The property manager is easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is a quiet community with mostly older adults so not sure someone with really young kids would find it a good fit. The deck is north facing so if someone wishes hot sun in the morning or afternoon, it isn’t there. The community pool and hot tub are very conveniently close.

Great Location

Great location to walk to tennis and pools. Very nice safe quiet and nicely landscaped community. Large bedrooms with space for privacy for guests. Spacious living room. Helpful property manager.

Great place!

My mother and I had a lovely stay here. I don’t know if the owners spent the COVID down time upgrading the place or it was always this beautiful, but the floors, carpeting, furniture, etc. was gorgeous! The condo is also bigger than I imagined from the photos, and very bright inside with plenty of natural light. The owners and property manager were also so communicative during our stay. We had a small hiccup when we arrived and they reached out immediately and had it fixed the next morning. The pool couldn’t be closer to the place and it was so relaxing. Overall the location, the community, and the property were fantastic and we would be happy to return.

Lovely Place

We have been coming here for the past 5 years and have always found it to be a very enjoyable stay. It has all the comforts of home. This is a very quiet area and safe area and it is very well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. It is not lacking anything. It is close to all amenities and restaurants are just a short distance away. Our family of four enjoy this roomy place as everyone has their own private bedroom and bathroom. The owners are very accommodating and easy to deal with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Enjoyable stay again

Our family of 4 have been coming to this property for the past 4 years. We have always found it enjoyable and certainly more than meets our needs. It is a comfortable and roomy accommodation and is excellent for families or 2 or more couples. The proximity to shopping and restaurants can't be beat. It is a quiet and safe area and the neighbors are friendly and nice. The Bergens and Luann are very accommodating and deal with any concerns or questions quickly. It is always a pleasure to stay here.

Super clean, bright and spacious unit

Amazing location and great unit location within the complex (steps away from the pool). Minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. Kids loved the loft. We loved the outdoor space around the unit- front and back patios. This property exceeded our expectations.

Girlfriends getaway for Stagecoach 2016

Four girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home for Stagecoach. The home was ideal for our group, and the outdoor spaces were very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome retro pad

We LOVED our stay here. We were smoothly transported back to the 60s (sunken living room, shag carpet, orange Jetsons chair, artichoke lamp). Everything is lovingly cared for and in great working order. It felt like a real home. The tennis courts were great. The owners were super responsive. Totally recommend this place. Would definitely come back.

Outstanding again

This was our second time to this condo and once again we found it to meet out needs well. We re-booked it for next year again. The unit continues to be well maintained and we love the security that this gated community gave us. Even though this is a condo community the units give you good privacy from the neighbors. It was nice to have a quiet and serene place to unwind. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances to prepare any meal that was required. It was also very convenient to have our own barbeque. The gate people were friendly and accommodating as our son came in late several evenings after going to Coachella. Shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants are close by and easily accessible by car or by walking. Any minor problems or questions we had were quickly resolved by the owners. We were very pleased that accommodations are available for us for next year and look forward to coming again. Highly recommend this unit for a short stay or extended stay. Just like home away from home as everything from linens, towels, washer & dryer, dishwasher to ironing board is there.

Outstanding location and accommodation

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The pictures accurately reflected the appearance and amenities. The unit and property were well maintained and clean. The gate people were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and appliances that anyone could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms had all the linens we needed and then some. All the rooms were tastefully decorated and the unit was well maintained. The location was very good and close to all shopping and restaurants. There were several Trader Joe's nearby for grocery shopping and the restaurants at The River were within walking distance. El Paseo shopping mall was also nearby. The location left nothing more to be desired. It was very easy to reserve the unit and any questions we had prior to arriving were answered in great detail. Special thanks to Luann and the owners who were prompt and helpful when we asked any questions concerning the rental. Would definitely recommend this unit to any friends or relatives. Can hardly wait to come back.

Should Have Booked A Longer Stay!

This was our first time vacationing in Palm Springs. We felt like we were at our home away from home, with everything we needed to make our vacation very enjoyable. The condo was very clean, & beautifully furnished. We enjoyed using both patios, using the front enclosed patio for breakfast, & then the back patio to sit & enjoy the pond & fountains until the sun went down. We had access to one of the many swimming pools located quite close to the condo as well as a hot tub located right by the back patio. There was a fully equipped gym where we could exercise while watching the golfers & picturesque course. It's less than a mile from The River shopping (and restaurant) mall, which included Babe's, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang, and many other eateries... You can golf on the Course right here, or you can pick one of more than 130 courses that Palm Springs is world famous for being “the most popular golf vacation destinations in the USA”. If you love to shop, then this is definitely the place to stay. You are within walking distance to VillageFest held every Thursday evening, a huge street market featuring arts, crafts, food & entertainment. However for those who love to do some “serious shopping”, take a short drive to the Desert Hills Premium Outlet Mall, where there are 130 OUTLET STORES, where you will find impressive savings at stores like Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, Versace, and more. With the peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, close proximity to restaurants & shopping, we really hated to leave. The only thing I would change about our vacation would be extending our stay...
