You'll enjoy this clean, comfortable, modern, UPDATED 1st floor/No steps condo for vacation or long term stays. NEW kitchen remodel. King Bed Master (en suite bath), Queen bed guest room & Queen sleep sofa in Living Room with nice linens & 2 baths. Comfortable furniture (even a new leather recliner) to relax. A new 55" Roku Smart TV in Living Area & 43" Roku in Master Bedroom. Internet/WIFI, and Desk (work from here). No germ ridden carpets here all floors are tile or wood for allergy free environment. The kitchen is equipped for the gourmet cook with dining for six. FULL size w/d in your unit makes laundry effortless. The private north facing covered patio is shaded with a dining set, a grill & mountain views. Walk to everything you need in downtown. Two Supermarkets (1 across the street), cafe's, Fountain Park, fitness center, medical offices, banks, post office & library are just a few blocks away. Assigned carport 10' from front door in this small 8 unit complex. This is not a huge resort type complex with a fancy Gym or Spa, but is quiet & great location in the center of town, No stress accommodations for those Relocating, Recuperating from Medical Treatments or need Temporary Housing. No stairs. If you choose one of our properties you can expect a great experience and a great value. See our reviews.
The pool (not heated) is rarely used so it's almost private with a Weber grill for your use & you'll have a private electric grill on your patio too. Extra fold up camp chairs to take to the park for any event. Five nearby golf courses, Ft. McDowell casino, biking, hiking, horseback riding are all nearby. Mayo Clinic 5 miles. A short 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Set up for long term living for 2 people or a couple with small kids, but a great vacation retreat. Clean, quiet Non smokers welcome.
Usually Minimum 30 day rental required & 90 days in winter, We have other larger other properties too. Lastly READ my reviews. You must be a registered guest paying thru vrbo to post one so they are authentic. You will not be disappointed! We have many repeat guests!
Kitchen has 2 drip coffee pots, Crock Pot, Toaster & Toaster Oven, Coffee Grinder, Blender, Mixer, Tea Kettle, Casseroles, Stock Pot, So much cookware & cutlery, dishes, Iron & Board, vacuum etc. If there is anything else you need let me know. This home will be cleaned and managed to hotel standards. In most cases we conduct a personal check in at the property to make you are comfortable about finding your way around.. Somebody will be on call during your stay to answer questions or to solve any unforeseen issues. We live a block away not in another time zone. WINTER RENTALS FULL MONTHS ONLY 1st day to last day.

Wonderful Location!!

We stayed in Ruth's condo for the months of January through March, while we were looking for a home in Fountain Hills. The location is ideal, across the street from grocery and other shopping, and a short walk to restaurants or the Fountain Park. We met all the neighbors in the building during the course of our stay, and they were delightful. The condo was equipped with an extensive Satelite TV package that provided numerous viewing options. Wifi worked great also. Ruth and Dennis live in the community and are very responsive. Although we only had one repair issue arise during our stay, they were both onsite in less than an hour of my call to them. It is evident that they take pride in their rental. They also take steps to share as much information as possible about the property and the community, which helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

Property was awesome!

Very quiet, extremely well stocked with supplies, a few blocks from Fountain Park and Ruth made the stay very enjoyable! The condo was very comfortable too. We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn't have enjoyed it more! Thank you Ruth!

We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in this part of the country to enjoy it’s many amenities. It was a wonderful experience and the super host (Ruth) was a consummate professional and willing to share all there is to do in this lovely part of the country. Awesome stay in Fountain Hills

Had a great time time staying in this condo for the month of May. Condo was very clean and had everything I needed and more. The owners met us there when we arrived which was very nice. They told us about Fountain Hills, things to see and do and places to eat. We have done VRBO many times and this was the first time we ever had the owners meet us, it was a very nice personal touch. It was also very convenient to be so close to everything, a very nice grocery store right across the street from the condo and walking distance to the fountain. Every morning I sat outside on the patio with my coffee and my little dog enjoyed watching the birds, in the afternoon out on the patio again with a glass of wine a book and my dog. The patio is perfectly situated you get some nice morning sun and in the afternoon it is totally shaded. My husband and I are looking to retire in FH and the owner is a real estate agent and he took us around FH to look at some homes so we could get an idea of what kind of house we can buy in our price range. We are coming from Silicon Valley so I think we will have lots of options. I am definitely going to book this condo again for next year. Just working out the dates with the hubby and my daughter. This was one of the most laid back and relaxing vacations I have ever taken and cannot wait to come back to FH and stay in this lovely condo.

Wonderful place to stay in Fountain Hills, AZ

We just spent 4 days/nights in this condo and it couldn't have been better. The condo itself is lovely, very comfortable bed and furniture, everything there was clean and up-to-date. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics which was very convenient. It is well located close to grocery store, drug store and restaurants. The chocolotier across the street was bonus! The owners were very helpful in answering questions, friendly and upbeat. Our stay couldn't have been better!! Comfortable, Clean and well located

WONDERFUL WAY TO SPEND THE WINTER.

The listing is accurate. Close to everything, fountain, grocery store, restaurants, short walk to post office, and many other services. This was our third stay at this location. We could sit on the patio and see the mountains in the distance. It is well stock to let one enjoy living there. The property is clean and maintained.

Great place in the heart of Fountain Hills

We stayed here while house hunting and it was great. The space is well appointed and the pride of ownership is obvious - well maintained, clean, updated with all the amenities of home. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location - shopping and food literally across the street, easy walking to the fountain and downtown stores, etc. Ruth was very attentive and responsive; the few issues we had were resolved quickly and she is a great resource for information about the area.

Great location near downtown, restaurants, everything you might need.

The owner is extremely nice and thoughtful. The condo is clean and has everything you need including beach towels for the pool, basic cooking spices, a little outdoor patio with patio dining set, dish tv, and more. We felt very fortunate to have found this place.

Great winter retreat

This was our second winter at Fountain View. Location is great, close to everything, can walk to most. The kitchen is will stocked from crockpot, blender, to pots and pans. The view of the mountains from the patio is relaxing. Back next season.

Easy Transition to Arizona

Wonderful Fountain Hills

We stayed in this condo for 3 months with our cat. Condo was clean and very convenient to many stores and restaurants in F.H. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and some staples were in the cabinet. It was so nice not to have to go out and stock the whole kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. The bathroom also had a selection of bath items for use and cleaning supplies were available. The area was very quiet. Just a short stroll from the famous Fountain Park and fountain with the lovely one mile stroll around the fountain. There are also several great restaurant to visit on the stroll. Great view of the mountains from the patio.

I stayed at this comfortable condo with my dog for 3 months last fall as I looked for a home in Fountain Hills. It is just as the photos presented (which doesn’t happen that often). The condo was very clean and came stocked with all the amenities plus. It has a nice outside patio from which you can see wonderful sunrises over the mountains and a nice area beyond for dogwalking. The location is superb to the fountain park, galleries and restaurants, or shopping for your own groceries. While I was there I walked to a place to get my dog groomed and walked to a salon for my own pedicure. But best of all is Ruths' hospitality. She is incredibly helpful with recommendations or information. She immediately addressed any issue that came up. I have recommended any of her accommodations to my friends.

Great place to stay

My buddy and I stayed here before Christmas. We were happy with the accommodations and each had our own bedroom with TV, bathroom and private space. We took Super Shuttle from the airport and didn't get a car so the location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants. We'll be back soon!

There was a mix up when we booked. We thought we were getting a bigger place because the pictures and info we kept getting was from a different place. We made it work. Renos going on above is so some days weren't all that guilt.

This condo was perfect for us...........able to walk to the Fountain, grocery, drug store, post office, etc. This was the 2nd time we have rented a unit from Ruth. Both were excellent in furnishings and she anticipates your every need. A home away from home. The unit this year was smaller and cozy, more suited to our needs. Ruth is great to work with and takes care of the units and tenants. Certainly would like to visit again.

Perfect !

The only thing missing from this perfect condo and perfect location is that Ruth the owner isn't there to hang out with you ! She is so helpful in making your stay wonderful ! This condo has it all!! Very Nice Vacation Condo

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We walked the Fountain Park in the a.m., Golfed, then used the BBQ grill, the pool or patio every evening. We will be repeat guests someday.

Relo to Fountain Hills

Relocating to Fountain Hills, my wife and I, along with her Mom, spent two months in this terrific condo while we waited to move into our new home. Everything we needed was provided and it is located in a very convenient downtown neighborhood. We walked to the fountain and around the lake every day at sunrise. The owner is a delight to work with...highly recommend for any stay.
