The culture is welcoming to both gay and straight. PV Beachfront Condo #401 is in the Playa Bonita Condominiums located right on Los Muertos Beach, the best beach in PV. This newly remodeled 4th floor luxury condo enjoys sweeping views of Banderas Bay and Los Muertos Beach.
Experience the great city of Puerto Vallarta with friends or come alone. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, can be affordable either way. Prepare meals in the beautifully appointed, newly remodeled kitchen or relax watching a movie in the living room. At 1250 sq. ft you will find plenty of room to spread out.
Playa Bonita is a secured building with 24 hour front desk staff and maid service is provided twice weekly. A large pool with lounge chairs to lay out in the sun or a covered area to enjoy a good book. Enjoy the private palapas at the beach or feel free to join Blue Chairs Resort or Saphire Beach Club next door. Tired of the beach then stroll a few blocks into Old Town (Zona Romantica) to enjoy a cocktail, shopping, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and galleries.

We rented this amazing condo over New Years for a week and definitely hope to return in the future. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the concierge on shift is always super helpful with a recommendation or any assistance you might need. The location is wonderful, right on the beach with a beautiful view, not to mention lots to do and see around it. Our host was great and very easy to reach as well. Can’t wait to come back!

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay in 401 Playa Bonita. The staff were all kind and gracious. The condo was very comfortable and secure. The next time we come to Puerto Vallarta we hope that Playa Bonita will have an opening.

Great Condo

Wonderful location, close to the beach, old city, and restaurants. Air conditioning works great and on the quit end of the building away from elevator and stairs. Great view as well! We'll be visiting this condo again.

Wonderful property

This 4th floor condo was very well appointed, secure and safe. Staff and other tenants were friendly and awesome. Great pool area. Also, having a dedicated area roped off on the beach was nice. Owners were accessible and very helpful when we needed them.

2nd time stay

This was our 2nd stay here and I just booked again for our 3rd. Needless to say, we enjoy the property. It is well located, well maintained, has an up to date decor and the owner is responsive if you need to ask a question. We also enjoy the private beach. I highly recommend this property.

Convenient to the beach

Great location on the beach. Condo is in good shape and includes all kitchen appliances you need. Washer/dryer is an added bonus. Walking distance to lots of restaurants! Neighborhood seems to be a bit more questionable than in previous visits with more perceived drug activity.

Amazing unit

I stayed here for a friends vacation. There were 12 of use staying in different units and mine was by far the best. I have stayed at the property in 6 different units but I will absolutely be booking here again in the future.

Perfect spot on Los Muertos!

This property exceeded our expectations! Great location right beside Blue Chairs, easy walk into all the restaurants and nightlife of Zona Romantica. The condo had ample space for 4 of us. We loved being right on the beach listening to the waves each night as we went to sleep. Highly recommended! 2 king sized beds and 2 bathrooms made it very comfortable for all of us.

Amazing experience

The condominium was great. It was cleaned, updated and provided everything that we needed from a Nespresso machine, wifi, comfortable furnishings and nice beds and linens. The check in was smooth and quick. The front desk was friendly, welcoming and always had a great smile, specially Amanda. The location was superb and we will definitely return to this unit on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay in the unit again this year! The unit is immaculate, up to date and the hosts are very helpful. The location can't be beat with a private beach for this condominium building and great view of the beach and great spot for people watching from the private balcony. The staff were very nice and keep the property beautiful. We've stayed in many condos and villas in PV and this is now one of our favorites.

Amazing Location

The location was a bonus. It was just steps away from the beach and awesome restaurants. We were able to enjoy candlelight dinners on the beach each night. The condo itself is a little dated and some things needed to be repaired. I let the property manager know so I’m sure they will be addressed.

Fabulous PV Trip

We all appreciated the condo from the day of check-in through check-out. Front Desk staff are amazing and very helpful. The condo is perfect for the 4 of us, with everything you need. The only question is the "3rd" bedroom, which is the sofa in the living room. We were expecting a pull-out sofa bed and it is only a sofa. We made it work for one of the guests. Amenities, location, ease of entry - are all great. Host communicated very timely. We wil definitely stay here again soon.

Thank you for using our condo for your vacation. We are glad you had great time. As far as the "3rd bedroom" there is no description in the property that says 3 bedrooms. However, the ottoman in the living room opens up and becomes a twin size bed. It has linens and bedding inside.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was exactly as promised and loaded with lots of goodies. Great location - seconds from the beach and minutes from dinner. I may have missed it in the description but you need yo know there are several steps from the street to the entrance to the facilities. Likely not a problem for most however I have sever lower back pain. Thankfully it wasn’t the even steeper set of steps that continues past the entrance!

Good location, condo well stocked

The condo needed a good cleaning. Small things needed repaired or replaced. Patio furniture very uncomfortable, which is where we spent most of our time..tp , paper products etc stocked didn't need to buy anything but food. Which was great. Washer/dryer big plus as well. Overall had a good stay, just needs some cleaning and more attention to detail.

Perfect week

We loved our time at this location! We’ve rented this condo before and will likely do so again. Our only criticism is that it would be nice to have more information about the TV, stations available, etc. Also, more details on the keys (I got locked out) because I locked the internal condo door as well as the gate and apparently we did not have a key to this door. Also, the directions for controlling the air conditioning units would be helpful. After challenges we were told that one remote controlled all units but that is not made clear in condo. Simple improvements to enhance our stay, but we will still be back.

Great location and quiet building

We just returned home yesterday from spending a week in this condo. It was very comfortable and so convenient to so many things in the Zona Romantica. One of the benefits is that there is a private beach for Playa Bonita directly in front of the building and right between the Blue Chairs and the Sapphire Beach club. We never had to fight for chairs no matter what time we went down and it was serviced by the waiters from the Blue Chairs. This was a real bonus and made the beach very accessible. The one comment we would make about the condo itself is that the air conditioning box in the hallway is extremely noisy and made it diffidiclt for the person sleeping in the second bedroom to have a good night’s sleep. Perhaps this is something that can be looked at. We would certainly consider booking again for next year!

Incredible!

Location perfect! Condo layout, design and decor was beautiful and modern! The owners are great and respond quickly with questions you may have. The only issue we ran into was with the associations rules for the beach and pool. Only residence and paying guests staying at the Playa Bonita can use the beach and pool. Meaning if you run into friends from wherever home is they cannot sit on the beach here, which explains why so few people use the designated beach. Another odd beach rule is that they bring in all of the beach furniture at 5pm promptly. It doesn’t take away from the unit, I just should’ve read the rules better before hand. The guys who own the unit are very thoughtful and the unit has everything you could need
