Welcome to the Meeteetse Retreat and the West! This gorgeous 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located in Meeteetse, Wyoming , near Cody and Yellowstone. Located right in town on the river this home is perfect for family gatherings or just a trip to our beautiful area. Once you walk in the home you are greeted with tall ceilings and lots of space. The gorgeous dining room is perfect for all your meals, while the living area is large enough to enjoy time together and playing games. Off the living room is a bunk room with multiple sets of bunk beds. Across the living room to the other side you will find a full bathroom with a beautiful step in tile shower as well as another bedroom with a king bed. The large kitchen provides ample space for food prepping and cooking. Off the kitchen and dining room you will find the Master bedroom. This large bedroom with a king bed not only has patio doors, it has an attached bath with a soaking tub and large walk in shower with dual heads. Down the hall from the kitchen is another small room with a bunk bed, a half bath, laundry room, access to the garage and arcade room. Guests can park in the 3 car garage or there is plenty of room outside. Once outside you will find a large backyard area for lawn games and a BBQ. As you continue around the corner you will see a fire pit with outdoor seating over looking the river right off of the arcade room. The arcade room has a fold out Murphy bed, air hockey table and entertainment area as well.
We love our Meeteetse house. It is great for large family gatherings with awesome amenities. We love fishing local rivers (including the Greybull River right out the back door in the summer) and hiking/backpacking local trails. Visiting Kirwin ghost town is an adventure worth experiencing. The Wea Market just up the road has a good selection of groceries and necessities. 2 large TVs make it easy to relax and watch a movie in the evenings. A 30 minute drive will get you to Cody and an extra hour from there will get you to the east entrance of Yellowstone.
