Host was welcoming and phoned to check on us. Suite clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful scenery. Pool and hot tub and chairs always available. Close to harbour to walk for suppers.

There was a small ocean view but it did not overlook the beach.

Good Place to Stay in Oceanside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cozy unit, clean, has everything for a comfortable stay. I recommend, the ocean is within walking distance 3 minutes and we are on the beach. The breeze and partial view of the ocean is great. The hostel administration responds quickly and is friendly. 5*

Needs some updates, light in living room needs to be replaced, bulb just hanging there. Needs better ventilation in bedroom, we did enjoy the fans. Ceiling fan over dining table needs to be oiled, stove hard to cook on burner uneven. Suggest an air fryer in kitchen, and better cooking utensils. Thankyou!

Exceeded all Expectations

This place truly exceeded expectations—pictures don’t do it justice. Ideally located right by the harbor with several restaurants just steps away, less than half a mile from the boardwalk, and Camp Pendleton is literally around the corner. The unit was spotless and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, including extra linens, plenty of towels, and fans for added comfort. Just open the windows or patio door and you can hear the ocean waves—so peaceful. The service from check-in onward was excellent. Highly recommend!

The unit is very clean. The HOA responded quickly re:slow bathtub draining. My only issue is the shower/bathtub could use a new seal. It looks dirty,but it is not and a fresh seal would do a wonder for the cosmetics.The grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the view from the patio.

Nice and Clean place with few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice and clean. Amazing location with a view. Everything inside was as described. Furniture and TVs were really old though. I would suggest an upgrade.The only issue was weird “beaping” sound in the living room. I was too busy to call the management. Messaging via Airbnb wasn’t an option.

Great stay. Lots of fans to circulate the air so no air conditioning was not a problem. Perfect location and had everything we needed for a family stay.
