As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for unleashing your culinary creativity. Stay connected with high-speed WIFI and indulge in a plethora of entertainment options with cable TV. The dining table, accommodating 8 guests, sets the stage for memorable gatherings. A comfortable sofa bed in the open-concept living area adds versatility to your living space.

The master bedroom is a haven with its king-size bed, TV, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom boasts two full-size beds, a TV, and another walk-in closet. The den, a versatile space, features two twin-size beds and yet another TV.

The room is spacious and clean, equivalent to three bedrooms, and the kitchen facilities are also complete. One shortcoming is that there are not enough elevators, and you often have to wait for a long time. The parking space is a little bit roundabout, but it is understandable that parking in the city is not easy.

Great spot!

We were happy with the location - not too far from Miami sights and beaches but close to other beaches and restaurants. This location is perfect for those who want to be just outside of the action.

Great Stay

Had a great stay. Exactly as advertised. Pool and other amenities were great. Mattress in master bedroom definitely needs to be replaced. It has a hole on the one side so had to sleep in a different room for a couple of nights. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great two week stay in this unit. Andrea was great with checking in and answering any questions we had. There were some toilet issues and she had someone out immediately to look at them. The unit was very clean on her arrival which is always a bonus. It was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs in the unit for our use. The furniture is a little worn from rental use. The master bedroom king bed is in desperate need of a new mattress as the side my husband slept on has a bid divet in the mattress and the other side the mattress is sloping. OR is a great location with easy beach access and AYP was great to deal with.

Great Stay

Great stay I will definitely be back to stay at this same location. Andrea was very easy to contact, and she responded in minutes also check in with us daily. I promise this is worth your money without a doubt.

Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again! Host was very easy to contact, walk was so easy to the beach, big pool area, room was very spacious and very reasonably priced for the area. Thanks for hosting us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Todo muy bien, solo que nunca nos llevaron el control de la TV del Den. Tampoco teníamos jabón y esponja para lavar la loza y yo no quería prender la lavavajillas para 3 platos. Los podía lavar a mano. Me hubiera gustado tener un poco más de utensilios en la cocina. En general muy bien y bonito!

March 2021 5 Week Stay

Pros: clean, den had 2 twin beds in it (even though that wasn’t advertised) so it was basically a 3 bdr, building staff is helpful, good location with easy beach access (chairs and umbrellas included), management company is very responsive, everything is as advertised Cons: very noisy neighbors upstairs for ~2 weeks (heard from building that a family with 8-10 children was staying in a 2 bed apt (same line), police had to be called multiple times due to noise at all hours of the night, this ultimately went away so perhaps it was temporary but unclear if they were tenants or owners in terms of whether you might face this issue in the future; internet was quite slow at first and unable to support work from home but by day #3 owner had called cable company and replaced router which fixed it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was thrilled to find the den had 2 twin beds, better than having kids share a bed, perfect for our family of 6. It was hard to tell which building this was in when booking, but i was happy to find it in the one closest to the ocean. Three well used beach chair were available to use too loved that . Also it was nice to find that on site there is a store with all the necessities- and basic of food. The place was very clean, and super nice bathrooms. The bed sheets were the only thing not so awesome, they were stained i'm pretty sure they were clean so must be stained, and could use replacing. We loved our stay and would return again another time.
