This cozy studio features a Murphy bed, full bath, and well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge, toaster, and microwave. Enjoy beautiful Penobscot Bay views and stunning Maine sunrises right from the deck—blinds are provided when you need shade or a nap.

Located right on Route 1 in walkable Lincolnville Beach, you're just minutes from sandy shores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a market. Explore nearby hiking trails, Mount Battie, and the charming towns of Camden, Belfast, Rockport, and Rockland.

The Ferry Cottage is sustainably powered by solar and climate-controlled with an efficient heat pump. Its open floor plan and large windows flood the space with natural light and offer views of Islesboro Island, just three miles offshore.

You’ll have exclusive use of the cottage with private keyless entry via August Smart Lock. The hosts live next door and are happy to offer local tips—or give you plenty of space.

Lincolnville Beach is a working waterfront with daily ferry service and a mix of fishing boats, delivery vehicles, and locals. Most nearby businesses are locally owned and friendly. The cottage is a short walk to Green Tree Coffee & Teas, Dot’s Market, and more.
