We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You’re just a call or message away. You'll be able to check in by yourself upon arrival. Please remember that you’re staying in someone’s home, not a hotel. Treat the space with respect. If you notice any issues, don’t hesitate to let us know so we can take note and fix it as soon as possible. If any problem arises, we’ll do our best to address it promptly, but there is no one on-site 24/7.

As per Andorra tourism regulation, ALL guests should provide a valid form of ID before checking in. Please bear this in mind as we won't be able to provide a code to access the property until those have been received.

> Andorra, known for its enchanting snow-covered landscapes in winter, requires visitors to be mindful of weather conditions. Please consult the Andorra mobility website for updates. Additionally, from November to May, it is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or snow chains for safety.
