The space
Welcome to our inviting and spacious home, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and outdoor enjoyment. Whether you’re here for a family getaway or a peaceful retreat, we’ve provided everything to ensure a pleasant stay.

Bedrooms:
Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a cozy queen-sized bed to provide a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms comes with a TV for entertainment, perfect for unwinding after a long day of activities. The layout ensures ample space and privacy for every guest, creating a serene sleeping environment.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms are located upstairs in each of the 2 bedrooms out of 3 bedrooms, making morning routines a breeze. Each bathroom is equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a half bathroom located on the ground floor, offering quick and easy access.

Living Room:
The living room serves as the central gathering space of the house. It’s furnished with comfortable seating, making it ideal for watching TV, playing games, or simply relaxing with your loved ones. The open and welcoming layout encourages interaction and togetherness.

We also have an arcade game machine, adding a fun and nostalgic touch to the space.

We have one air mattress that the 7th guest can use in the living room. It is in one of the bedroom closets.

Backyard and Outdoor Amenities:
Step outside into a fully fenced backyard designed for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The patio is equipped with comfortable sitting chairs and features a fire pit at its center, perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying a sunny day. The natural surroundings and fenced yard ensure privacy and peace during your stay.

Back Deck:
One of the upstairs bedrooms opens out onto a lovely back deck, complete with wooden railings and additional seating. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings, or enjoy a quiet evening under the stars.

Parking:
For your convenience, parking is available in the driveway, ensuring easy access to the property throughout your stay. There are also plenty of free street parking around the area. Just make sure to read the parking and traffic rules.

Guest access
You'll be able to access all aspects of this 3-bedroom apartment minus a supply closet that will be locked.

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guests booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

Other things to note
We do not provide charcoal for the fire pit. You need to bring or buy your own.
Please make sure to keep the patio area clean.
Pet fee is $25 per pet per night.

Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.

We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.

~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

★★If we make a mistake you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the mistake. We DO NOT refund the service fees or taxes. ★★

★★FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ★★
★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.
★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 charge.
★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

★ Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS.
★ Pets must be added to the reservation and pet fee is requested after booking.
★ Pet fee must be paid prior to check in.
★ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay.
★ Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments.
★ Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house.
★ Pet cannot mark indoors.
★ Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks.
★ Pets cannot be left unattended.

★FEES: Pet fee is $25 per pet/per night.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of the pet fee.
★FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.
★FEES: Pet showered in tubs or sinks will result in a $200 charge.
★FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in a $60 charge.
★FEES: Any evidence of flea or tick infestation will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
