Master bedroom is huge with king bed, sitting area and walk-in closet. Second bedroom is also large with queen bed. Both baths are en-suite and updated. Ocean front dining room provides comfortable space to enjoy meals with family and friends. Apartment comes with two Smart TVs, cable, wi-fi and in-unit laundry. All linens, dishes, small appliances and glassware provided. Beach chairs and beach towels are also provided for your use.
This property is in Flagler Beach, Fl., a seaside jewel of a town located 45 minutes south of St. Augustine and less than two hours from Orlando and Disney. Flagler Beach is filled with old Florida charm, an historic working pier for fishing and dozens of restaurants and cafes.
This condo faces the Atlantic Ocean and miles of uncrowded, beautiful beach and backs onto the Ocean Palm golf course. Walk on the beach , play a round of golf or sit on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine and the wonderful ocean view. It's up to you.
By the way, we are licensed by the City of Flagler Beach to rent our condo, short term, for a minimum of six days. We require two weeks or more rental during Winter High Season, January 1 through February 28. Longer term rentals are welcomed and please talk with us about your planned stay so we can price accordingly.
The apartment is furnished with a glass coffee table and there are additional glass tables and breakable decorations throughout the space. We understand normal wear and tear during regular usage, especially at a beach condo, but in light of the potential danger caused by glass we believe that our apartment is best suited for adults and older children.
Garage door clearance is 6’ 2”( six feet, two inches) so if your vehicle is taller than that clearance please let us know so we can try to arrange an above ground parking spot for your stay. Lower vehicle heights can safely park in the secure and underground parking garage space assigned to you.
The cancellation policy is flexible so you have no need to be concerned about it. We offer 100% refunds up to two weeks before your arrival and 50% one week prior to arrival. We recognize the need for flexibility and customer care and support during this trying time.
