Welcome to The Rosemary House, a stylish and sun-soaked retreat nestled just behind the gates of Wild Dunes Resort and mere steps from the pristine sands of Isle of Palms. This newly constructed 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom coastal home blends clean, contemporary design with laid-back Lowcountry luxury—featuring a private plunge pool, multiple outdoor spaces, and plenty of room to spread out.

Bedroom Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, each bedroom includes its own full bathroom. A total of 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 12 guests across three levels.
Main Floor
• Bedroom 1: QUEEN bed, adjacent hall bath with walk-in shower (media/guest room)
Second Floor
• Bedroom 2 (Primary Suite): KING bed, spa-like ensuite with soaking tub & oversized walk-in shower + screened porch
• Bedroom 3: KING bed, private ensuite bath
• Bedroom 4: KING bed, private ensuite bath
Third Floor
• Bedroom 5 (Bunk/Bonus Suite): 1 QUEEN + 2 FULL beds, large sitting area, ensuite bath, access to private balcony

Parking Details
• Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed per stay (per Wild Dunes regulations)
• All Vehicles require a gate pass to access Wild Dunes– up to 3 passes permitted per reservation

• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict noise ordinance enforced by the City of Isle of Palms; Violations will result in fines
• No smoking and No Pets (non-negotiable)
• This Property Does NOT have access to Exclusive Wild Dunes Resort Amenities

Optional Fees
• Pool Heating Fees - $150/night
• Early Check-in $75/hour / Late Check-out $75/hour (subject to availability)
