This newly constructed 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom coastal home blends clean, contemporary design with laid-back Lowcountry luxury—featuring a private plunge pool, multiple outdoor spaces, and plenty of room to spread out.

Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, each bedroom includes its own full bathroom. A total of 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 12 guests across three levels.

• Bedroom 2 (Primary Suite): KING bed, spa-like ensuite with soaking tub & oversized walk-in shower + screened porch

Third Floor

• Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed per stay (per Wild Dunes regulations)
• All Vehicles require a gate pass to access Wild Dunes– up to 3 passes permitted per reservation

• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking

• Strict noise ordinance enforced by the City of Isle of Palms; Violations will result in fines
