Huge 700 sq. ft, 2 floor Suite (ADA Compliant)

Summary:

The School, Suite #3, is our biggest lofted Suite, with close to 700 square feet of living space. Getting its Hershey inspiration from the Milton Hershey School, there is a full kitchen, living room with a pull out sofa bed and bathroom on the first floor. A spiral stair case leads up to the lofted second level where sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed, and a set of twin size bunk beds in a separate room with another pull out sofa bed. Also in the lofted level are an in-suite works pace and a walk in closet. This is the perfect Suite for young families or those just looking for a little extra space for themselves or guests. You can even bring the family pet as we do allow some small pets here.

Guests will receive 4 digit entry code 24 hours before arrival.

Private entrance and parking in front of suite.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential neighborhood. Local dining spots within a 5 minute walk



Getting Around:

Less than 2 miles from downtown Hershey

Less than 15 miles from Harrisburg International Airport

Less than 12 miles to Amtrak Station in Middletown



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 days before guest arrival date are subject to charge. Rent payment will be charged if we are unable to lease the unit for the reserved dates and rates. If changes of arrival or departure dates are required after the unit has been assigned and reserved, refunds are conditional upon Suites On Chocolate being able to re-rent your dates to another guest If Tenant cancels room reservation prior to or during stay, paid security deposit will be forfeited.



Interaction with Guests:

Our check in procedures are contactless, so there may not be anyone on site during your check in.
