Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-out fees apply).
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Only registered guests are allowed. No unregistered visitors.
One small pet (under 10kg) is allowed. The pet must be well-behaved and not damage furniture.
No parties, loud music, or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the terrace (penalty applies).
