Family friendly layout with master bedroom suite, shared bedroom (2 twin beds), main living room furnished with a coastal feel. Master bedroom has a Westin Heavenly Mattress. Twin Mattresses are Twin XL, one is the Serta CF 3000 Plush Hybrid and the other is the Serta CF 3000 Medium Hybrid. Kitchen with modern conveniences: all top line stainless steel appliances stove top, oven, dishwasher, fridge. Granite countertops and marble floors. Sunroom is set up with breakfast/coffee area and a plush lounging sofa for quiet relaxing reading. The entry way has a desk perfect for working from home while keeping tabs on everything around you. Backyard is huge and perfect for kidsplay, bocce ball and croquet. This yard is gated and pets are able to play outside without worries.

Diana was the kindest host ever!

This house is in a fabulous location in Winter Park. Such a great place for walking and bike riding. The back yard is so big. I’m so grateful for Diana’s promptness getting in touch with me every time I had a question. Thanks so much for everything.

Great hidden gem in a nice neighborhood in beautiful Winter Park

Photos does not do this home justice.. Tucked into a wonderful neighborhood, easy access to all that Winter Park has to offer. Quiet and clean this house has a great back yard and homey feel. I would certainly stay here again. Updated appliances and open space feel you'd never know this house was only 2 bedrooms. Highly recommended, as well as friendly helpful Brian who was able to help us with any questions and issues (Although we had no issues at all!) Enjoy your visit here, You can't go wrong!

Wish I can give it seven stars!

Diana is super friendly and amazing with planing and responding! The property is exactly like the picture and has an amazing open space concept. Location is just in the heart of winter park, near the lake and only 5 minutes drive to park ave. There's a mini office area which I enjoyed getting some work done while watching he kids and the dogs okay in the very specious backyard which we had a few great cookouts at! Bedrooms were very specious as well and very nicely decorated and equipped, we felt just like at home! Dont miss on this full winter park experience! I know I am coming back again. Much thanks to you Diana!

Very Dissapointing

We arrived to a house that was not clean & yard not taken care of for many weeks, also only partially fenced. Deck was full of splinters & only had a small table & 3 rusty chairs. Washer & dryer are in a filthy garage. Kitchen is not equipped with sets of matching plates or flatware, no handle on refrigerator door, no garbage disposal. Living room did not have lamps for reading after dark. Master bedroom is very noisy & second bedroom had very bad mattress for adults. There were no start up supplies & inadequate cleaning equipment. The house is on a very busy thoroughfare but is an easy walk to town. The area is safe & there are many nice homes but this is one that you will find lacking in care both in & outside. I can not recommend this property. I really question the high reviews & their legitimacy. I write this as the truth because I would not want others to not know what they will find if they choose to rent from Diana.

Home for the Holidays

We are long time Orlando residents who have recently located to Houston. Instead of overstaying our welcome with local family and friends we decided to rent a house in the area. This house was in a perfect location so we could see all our friends and family from Altamonte Springs to Dr. Phillips. We especially enjoyed the backyard and cosy “cafe” /office in the back of the house. The house is quaint with its wood floors but also had a nicely updated kitchen which was very useful for our family of four. The beds were especially comfortable. We really enjoyed the location because it was walking distance to the lovely Mead Garden. Actually all the strolls around the lakes in the neighborhood were so refreshing and quiet so much so that we could hear owls and raccoons playing in the huge live oak trees. Our evening strolls were a great way to work off some of the holiday excesses. If visiting Orlando, it’s very close to the wonderful shops and restaurants on Park Avenue or Baldwin Park. Rollins College is just a few minute drive away. The theme parks are only a 30 to 45 minute drive away. Diana and Brian were so helpful and kind. The check in and check out process was a breeze. We would definitely book this house again if we plan another extended stay in Orlando.

Great location and host

We relocated to Orlando and stayed here for 3 months while searching for a new home. Diana was incredible to work with - responsive and flexible, and you could tell she genuinely cared about my husband and I. House is in a great area, close to tons of great local spots.

Cozy, well located 2 bedroom home in Winter Park Fl.

During my extended stay (~20 days), I combined both work with leisure so I required a home with excellent internet service to work and local activities for the family. The house met my expectations and the minor issue that always arise are quickly remedied by Diane as she was accessible and quick to respond. The location was great, the house comfortable and fully furnished. I would stay again. Diane was an awesome hostess.

Great Value

My dogs and I stayed in this rental for an extended period while my home was under renovation. Diana was very accommodating in letting me continue to extend my reservation and the home was perfect for our needs. The location is great and the neighborhood is gorgeous!

Wonderful well equipped home in Winter Park

We just stayed in this wonderful home for a month while traveling with our jobs. The home is in a fantastic neighborhood, and the house has everything you need. There are great high end upgrades all throughout the house, and huge bedrooms. My family and I all really enjoyed the home and our stay, and Diana was so easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here, and if we come back to Winter Park we will stay here again for sure!

Comfortable!

All in all we had a lovely time in Winter Park and were very comfortable in house. There are a few things, however, that I found misleading, a few things that I think should be clarified in rental posting. The posting stresses the upscale brands of the kitchen appliances. So I was surprised to find the house much less luxurious than I expected. Yes, the appliances are expensive brands but clearly they were not new. And to mention that the refrigerator is a Fisher and Paykel when it's dented and is missing a door handle left me bewildered! The floor is marble but with enough scratches, broken tiles and a big gouge that again I wonder why mention it. There were also things that I read into the posting that I shouldn't have. There's a picture of the yard that captures the fence and one renter mentioned how much her dogs enjoyed the yard. The posting never said that the yard is not fully fenced but it would be an important detail to know when renting to a family with either children or dogs. Particularly, because the street is busy during rush hour. And there are things that need improvement to keep renters safe and comfortable. The wood on the deck is old and VERY splintered. I went out in socks one day only to regret my haste. Again, important to know if you have children who are likely to play outside. It's really dangerous. The house was basically equipped but there appears to be little thought in some areas. It's hard not to compare with other rentals that we've used. The kitchen is has the basics but it's hard to live for a month with bowls of mismatched sizes and shapes especially when many don't appear to be microwave friendly. And 2 teaspoons is not adequate. The last place we rented offered a set of 12 plain white matched Corelle dishes - inexpensive, unbreakable, and microwavable. It made living much more comfortable. The second bedroom has no dresser and living out of a suitcase for a month is tiring. The filmy curtain in the master bathroom offers no privacy. I had to hang towels over the window. The walk to Park is not "a short walk" for senior or for anyone wanting a quick bite. I clocked it walking at about 3 miles walking several ways. Having said all this, we were, as stated, very comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is spectacular. There are stores, restaurants, museums and more a short RIDE away. The dog park is 5 minutes drive and is wonderful! None of what I mention made me regret renting the house.

Fabulous Short Term Stay

We had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas in Winter Park at this great home. Everything about the stay was wonderful. Diana and Brian were incredibly helpful and flexible throughout our extended stay. We love traveling with our two Labradors and they loved the house, location and yard as much as we did! We would highly recommend this property for your next Winter Park vacation.

Great House, Perfect Location!

My husband stayed at this house off and on for several months while being activated with the Army and working out of Orlando. My kids and I lived close enough that we were able to come up for weekends or days off from school. The house is great! Cozy, new appliances, updated bathrooms, cable tv and a great fenced in backyard with a deck. I spent many afternoons sitting on the deck while the kids played safely outside. You couldn't ask any more out of a neighborhood than where this is located in Winter Park. Basically, within five miles in any direction there is everything you need -- excellent restaurants (not chains either!), groceries, health food stores, shopping mall, parks…..and yet when you're at the house you feel like you're in a small town. You get the safety of being in a nice neighborhood with the benefits of everything you could want from a city within a few minutes drive. Nice sidewalks all through the neighborhoods and you rarely look outside and don't see someone jogging or biking. Aside from the property and location being great, the owner is super easy to get in touch with and will help you with anything and everything. Not that we had any issues, but if we had I know she would've had them quickly fixed! I would recommend this house as a rental to anyone! I am already trying to find some dates when we are able to get back up there for long weekend!

Great house + great owners = great vacation!

We were looking for a place to stay near Rollins college in Winter Park when we came across this property. Overall, our stay at this winter park home was great! The owners Diana and Brian were very flexible and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable-even sending me things to do in the area before we got there. The house is spacious and has two bedrooms, a nicely furnished living room and two recently renovated bathrooms. The kitchen is newly renovated and is well stocked with various gadgets and cooking supplies as well as some basics like salt, pepper, spices, oil, storage containers, etc. There is a nice backyard with a grill, hammock and various toys. There is a new high efficiency washer/dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets. The owners were also kind enough to give us a key to a nearby fitness room and pool which was a treat! On the down side, the beds are firm which was disappointing for me but ideal for my husband! (But there were lots of extra pillows and blankets). In all, we would definitely stay at this house again when we return.

Delightful and comfortable stay!

This home was perfect for my family! We had plenty of space to spread out our baby's play area and be comfortable ourselves. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and the property manager was super nice and very helpful; he was also very available. They provided kitchen items we asked for in advance as well as one we asked for on short notice, delivering it the same night! The house is very charming and the backyard is great for kids and families. The kitchen was easy to cook in and was a fun central part of the home for us as we used it to cook often. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of beautiful winter park. Minutes to gorgeous botanical gardens and park avenue, also easy to get to from interstate. We left an important item there and they found it and are sending it to us! Great stay, definitely would stay again.

I finished a mechanical engineering degree at the University of Western Ontario and and MBA at Rollins College in Winter Park. I am working in the Energy Sector, helping with adoption of Renewable Energy into the Electric Grid.

This neighborhood is gorgeous, with the massive oak trees and brick lined streets. It is also walking distance to Park Ave, the East End Market, Audobon Park & Baldwin Park. The Bus Stop is within a 1/2 mile and the Sunrail is within 1 mile of the house. The house needed a complete makeover, and I got my chance to use my engineering skills & add my personal touch.

The streets in this area are riddled with beautiful houses of different architectural styles and the house is nestled between two lakes in a quiet neighborhood. The plush greenery and many different plants along the street add to the charm of this neighborhood. The size of the backyard is perfect for outdoor lovers. The house has the original oak floors, and marble tile throughout. It boasts all top of the line kitchen appliances. Both bathrooms have natural light with a skylight in the central bathroom. This house is close to all the action but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.
