cancellation. However if Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, refunds will be as

100 % if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date less *$100 admin fee
50% if cancelled 30-90days prior to the Check-in Date less *$100 admin fee
0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to Check-in Date.
If property is able to be re-let for cancelled dates owner will refund 100% less *$100
administration costs or, if applicable, at any reduced letting rate less *$100
