This is the cutest cottage! My young adult sons thought it was awesome, and so did I. It has every convenience you can think of...and the kayak and paddle board were awesome! Overall good experience. Access was simple, kitchen was nice, location and amenities provided were very good. The only complaint is the AC is super loud and possibly not installed correctly. It turns on, makes lots of noise, then turns back off without changing the temperature much. Would have been rough if we visited in a warmer time of year.

Loved the cottage! Can tell its an old cottage so it had the perfect touch but has been updated and upgraded. Quiet neighborhood and away from all the hustle and bustle.

Neighborhood was wonderful, loved the outside shower, & the bungalow was perfect for us and our two dogs. We were grateful to have access to all the beach and fun gear. We would stay there again.

Fun, but needs an update

Owner very responsive to getting washer fixed so we could wash linens that were dirty when we arrived. All furniture very uncomfortable and dirty. Extremely pet friendly, however had pet odor that worsened when it rained. Cleaning service does not seem up to par. Floor very unstable in a few areas that we just avoided. Volleyball court and bunkhouse very nice. Proximity to beach as described. Seemed to be only house on street that was occupied however the neighborhood was beautiful.

Great location

The floor needs work, could use update on bathroom, & the outside deck steps needs work done. Dining table was not the greatest & the living room furniture was uncomfortable so we used all pillows to make it comfortable. The beds were comfortable.

We Stay Here 2-3 Times a Year

We have stayed here 2-3 times a year for the last 15 years. We use the Ocean Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Board, ice machine to fill up ice chests every day, beach chairs and umbrellas. We walk to the restaurant and Tiki bar at the Bear Point Harbor marina in the neighborhood - The best sunsets on the whole island. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach.

Perfect place

This property is the perfect place to visit this beautiful area. Quiet and private location make it a great place to retreat to after taking in the fun and sun. We visited because of my graduation from CSU (GO Knights!) and was the perfect place for me and my family. We had a great time and my daughter loved playing in the sand in the backyard area.

Great stay!

This place is really charming. There is lots to do both at the house and in the surrounding area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the place had all of the supplies to meet our needs. We found it particularly great that we had access to all the beach gear. The owner was helpful in providing a lot of helpful info about the place and the surrounding area prior to our trip so we were able to better plan out our time there. It was a great stay.

Weekend Trip

We ended up having to leave for personal matters, however our short time there it was very cute, neat, and had awesome amenities! The guest house is very cute, and photos do not do justice of the whole property. It is very cute!

It is a very open cottage with hard wood floors and ceilings. It is a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the marina, restaurant and bar and a place where everyone knows your name. The back bays are great for jet skiing, kayaking and traveling to great restaurants and bars by kayak, Paddle-Board or boat. Enjoy watching the dolphins and incredible sunsets. Neighborhood is great for walking, canoeing and kayaking, swimming and fishing.

We have Ocean Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Board, Surf Board and Beach chairs for you to use. We are also along the Orange Beach Canoe/Kayak trail. Walk to OSO restaurant and Tiki Bar (https://www.osobearpoint.com/) at the marina in the neighborhood for the best sunsets on the island. Less than 10 minutes to the Flora Bama. Directly across the bay from Pirates Cove for great burgers and the best Bushwackers anywhere.
