Almost an acre of land, with beautiful views of sunsets/sundowns. 3 bed room areas, with 1 upper area which is an open space that can be utilized for sleeping arrangements.

Absolutely NO PARTIES, if large groups of people are seen on the property, who are not disclosed as guests, you will risk losing your security deposit and will likely be asked to leave the property, immediately

1. Please maintain a SAFE DISTANCE FROM EDGE OF THE HILL for your own safety and look after minors to ensure their safety
2. No smoking in the house and no smoking while in the hot tub. Any cigarette butts found will result in a fine.
3. Keep noise to a minimum past 9pm, any noise complaints to the the city will result in loss of security deposit
4. No pets allowed on the property
5. Close the hot tub top completely after each use
6. Stairwell to private beach - You must use care to walk down the steep stairwell if going towards the beach area. Please use at your own risk. Consider utilizing during the daytime due to visibility and safety.
7. Spring, Fall, Winter stairwell will not be available as it is not maintained during that period. Only available during the summer.
8. Swim at the private beach at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on the property. It is recommended to bring your own lifejacket and have an adult accompany you at all times.
8. We are on a septic tank- flush only toilet paper and natural waste, absolutely nothing else
9. Absolutely NO PARTIES, if large groups of people are seen on the property, who are not disclosed as guests, you will risk losing your security deposit and will likely be asked to leave the property, immediately
10. Please note there are outside security cameras of the property.
