Each unit includes a Smart TV with streaming services. Guests should use their own accounts and remember to log out before checkout. If you forget, our team can assist afterward. Cable TV is not available.



🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A $500 fee applies for violations. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

The backyard, hot tub, and picnic area are professionally maintained. Since these are outdoor spaces, occasional leaves or small amounts of natural debris may be present between scheduled cleanings.

The hot tub is professionally serviced once a week and properly maintained for your safety and comfort.

Lawn maintenance is completed bi weekly.

For your safety, there is one exterior security camera at the front of the property. There are no cameras inside the units.

Violations of house rules may result in cancellation without a refund and possible loss of any applicable deposit.

Professional pest control is performed monthly. Because the property has outdoor and garden areas, guests may occasionally encounter harmless insects such as ants, spiders, or beetles. Please contact us if assistance is needed.
