The condo was very clean and well-appointed. The pictures were very accurate. The host was wonderfully timely and accommodating. Check in and out was easy. This location was great for easy walk to beach, restaurants, and some shopping. We would recommend this to friends.

July 4th weekend

Enjoyed our stay for July 4th weekend. A clean and well furnished condo with plenty to do and see nearby. Property manager was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this stay if you plan to be in this area.

Perfect Location

Amazing rental on Singer Island. Spacious and extremely well appointed. Wonderful location, very quiet. There are 4 units in this condo and we didn’t hear any of our neighbors. The neighborhood is nice and seemed very safe. We walked around quite a bit and never felt unsafe. The condo is just blocks from the beach, dining and fun night spots. Beds were very comfortable with lots of extra pillows, sheets and blankets if needed. We really enjoyed the property. We would definitely stay again.

Everything exactly as advertised. Easy walk to the beach, several restaurants around. Quick drive to water sports activities. Property has everything a family would need for a great vacation.

Perfect Stay.. Again!

This is our third stay at this property. It was perfect for our needs. The beach and restaurants are very close and easy to walk to. The condo was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had great restaurant options within walking distance. I must say, I have never enjoyed a VRBO bed until this bed in the master bedroom. I’m still thinking about my quality night sleep a week later.

Good location and great host

My family and I loved our stay. The place was better than expected. It included almost everything we needed for the beach including rented chairs and umbrella which was nice when traveling with kids. The host was very accomodating and quick to respond when questions were asked. We would definitely go back.

Great Location!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The location is great, with the beach and restaurants within easy walking distance. The bikes are a nice bonus. The condo was clean and well-stocked. There was plenty of space for us five adults to spread out, with more than enough comfortable seating for all. Would stay again.

Perfect Spring Break

My husband and I stayed in this roomy condo with our college freshman twin boys. It was great having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths! The proximity to the water and the restaurants was a definite plus. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. There are many thoughtful amenities made available by the hosts such as a snorkel/diving flag, games and bikes. The host were welcoming and communicative. We were mainly in the area for the Astros spring training and caught 4 games at 3 ballparks. So fun! We loved MacArthur state park. It's a short drive from the condo and offers a lovely beach, hiking through the mangroves and kayaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Singer Island. 😊

Adults Getaway

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and very close to the beach. We walked to the beach each morning of our stay. Jim (host) was very responsive each time I reached out to him. We had an incident occur due to hurricane Ian to which he was very accommodating. Our group of six was of three married couples. One of the rooms had two twin beds and two of the couples were fighting for that room. Quite comical. We drove 20 mins to a shopping area in West Palm Beach. Had plenty of restaurants. Great stay.

Clean with Lots of Amenities

Great communication from the owner. He sent a welcome email and text 1 week prior to our stay. Apartment was well furnished, the closets were full of beach toys, coolers, hangers, iron and board… everything we needed for our long weekend vacation.

Family vacation for 6 with plenty of room for all.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 6, ages 14 and up. We require lots of room and a great location so everyone can come and go as they please. The keypad lock allowed for all to do just that and the size of this condo was perfect. It was decked out with bedding, towels, everything needed for the kitchen and plenty of goodies for the beach as well. Jim was an attentive host and allowed early check in and late check out. I couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back! 10 out of 10.. I would most def recommend this to anyone considering.

Short Easter Break visit

We had a great time here! Jim was extremely accommodating and the place was immaculate. Everything we could need and more for our stay was provided. We enjoyed playing games together and relaxing on the balcony. We would definitely consider staying here when we are in the area again. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place!

Great Spot!

Not only was Jim very responsive, but he so helpful throughout our stay! The place is a great spot within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach! We wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy all the amenities. If/ when we travel back to Palm Beach, we will be looking to stay here again!!

An Oasis

Jim’s place was clean, well cared for and perfectly located. We ate outside on the deck everyday, got to know the kind neighbors, walked all over the island, caught fish at the marina, snorkeled, kayaked, and relaxed at the nearby beach. Jim was in contact and sent help for any issues we had. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic access to beautiful beach and great restaurants. As others have said - comfy master bed (huge for me!), well appointed condo with plenty of towels, including beach towels, tissues, soaps etc. (You forget that many rentals don't have to include the small things like washcloths and tissues but this unit had plenty of all those things.) Don't forget to check the twin room's closet of treasures - Beach chairs, beach bag, boogie boards and more. Jim was fantastic with his communication and graciously worked with us when our return flight was canceled and we needed to stay longer. Thank you again Jim! Kitchen was wonderful. The unit does not have laundry so pack accordingly. Limited cable channels but the smart tv will allow Netflix. We very much enjoyed our time at the condo and on Riviera Beach!

Perfect stay!

We came into town to see a concert and extended it to go to the beach a few days. Perfect location, lovely accommodations! Comfortable bed and kitchen was fully stocked to cook at home. Thank you for sharing your home!
