The property was a perfect spot for our family of 5. Our 6,5 and 3 year old had a blast at the pool and was very easy to drive across the street and or walk to the beach. Plenty of parking near the beach close to the property. Will definitely be coming back hopefully to this same rental. Would definitely recommend.

Place was clean and very well appointed with everything we needed including a bag of sunscreen! We had a great time. We were able to walk to not only the beach but also to Food Lion for groceries/snacks and CVS. We used the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis courts and enjoyed all. Great stay!

This property was exactly as described. It is very well maintained, very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It is well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again!

Didn’t realize that we were going to be below some incredibly inconsiderate people. Kids running back and forth all day and night. If I were to rent in this community again, I would be sure to be on the top floor.

We had our other rental cancel on us so this was a last minute change. Thankfully the house was exactly as it was listed! Clean, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a thoughtful gift bag full of sunscreen, after sun lotion, and laundry detergent, they thought of it all! The pools were clean and the perfect temperature and the walk to the beach was just short enough that our young kids were able make it without complaining. Close to everything and easily accessible. If we were to have another vacation, we would definitely look to see if this condo was available

Our family had the best time staying at the Ocean Villas. It was a short walk to beach access and it was in such a convenient location!! I mean gas stations, grocery stores, beach apparel you name it. All within walking distance. The only complaint that I have was with the tenants on top of us. They were very loud and obnoxious. The stomping / running all day well into the night was ridiculous. That’s no fault to the hosts, but for visitors be mindful of your surroundings. It’s very tasteless to be such a disturbance while vacationing. Have some decorum. Other than that, absolutely amazing! Will book again.

Ocean City condo

We had a great stay! About a block or two walk to the beach, right across the street. Indoor and outdoor pool both great. Very quick responses from owners when we had questions.

Great home away from home

On our trip this summer it was myself, my wife, and our 2 kids ages 4 and 2. The space was perfectly clean and cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the short trek to the beach was great. Would definitely recommend.

Ocean City Adventure

We came in for the Ocean's Calling Festival Fri-Sun, but wanted to make a longer trip out of it, so we headed to Ocean City on Wed. The condo was PERFECT! Exactly as it looked and was described in the listing. It was clean and more than big enough for 4 of us (2 couples). It was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bathrooms. The little courtyard out front was adorable, we spent most nights out there playing cards and hanging out. The condo is on 120th street, so it's pretty far from the boardwalk, but it's a super easy drive and there are plenty of buses during the peak seasons. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're ok being that far out from the boardwalk. If we ever find ourselves back in Ocean City, I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice condo, but overall it was a bad experience

The positive: condo was very nicely furnished and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need, beds were comfy, location was great. Welcome gift bag was very nice. The negative: indoor pool was too cold for swimming, outdoor pool was closed despite the 80+ degrees and sunny weather, tennis courts were not maintained and full of leaves. The biggest negative was the on-going construction to replace siding in the complex. The units all around us were being worked on from 7am to 6pm EVERY DAY!!! Toddler couldn't nap because of the constant banging, sawing, etc. On the shared walls for both bedrooms. Fire alarms were triggered constantly throughout the day. Everytime we walked outside, we were surrounded by upwards of 50 workers. Our two parking spots were the only ones not occupied by construction vehicles, dumpsters, etc. It was so bad that we left a day early. We have been promised a small refund on our vacation costs and are awaiting that payment. I don't blame the owners for this situation. I blame the condo association for not advising of the scheduled construction. I have since read complaints from others about the lack of communication on behalf of the condo association. I reached out to Evolve vacation rentals but did not hear back.

The outdoor pool is only open during the summer season, however, we are sorry if this caught you off guard. Great location, needs a deep clean

The location of the condo is great. Our family enjoyed riding bikes and walking. The condo needs a deep clean, shower, floors an walls are dirty. The beds were comfy which was a plus.

Weekend getaway with family

Short beach trip with 4 adults and 1 3 year old. It was a great location to fractured prune, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store and more! Easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool! Would stay there again.

Vaca stay

The stay was nice, centrally located in the middle of everything. Weather held out well, beautiful sunsets, pleanty of activities. This is the fourth year staying in this condo which is nice but extremely over priced. Past 3 years paid 2k for the week and this year an additional 1k was added. Have stayed in bigger places for alot less!

Beautiful condo

We have rented this condo before. I always check to see if it is open before I book anywhere else. This condo has everything you need. Extra blankets, towels, beach cart and the kitchen is full stocked. The outdoor pool wasn't open but the indoor pool was perfect to get out of the sun! The beds are comfortable and have the softest sheets. The only thing I wish would be replaced is the couch. It seems like it may be on its last leg. It is hard and makes noises when you sit on it or move. But otherwise the condo is well kept, clean and my 1st choice when booking at ocean City.

Very clean and amazing location

The location of this condo is spot on for an ocean city trip. Just me and my husband stayed but it is definitely kid friendly. The location is just slightly confusing to find but you’ll get it eventually lol. Everything was within walking distance from the condo or minutes away with driving. The condo itself was very cozy, clean and had everything you need for the stay. Definitely will use this place whenever we want to get away to ocean city in the future. I’m even thinking about bringing the kids on another trip.
