My place is great for a relaxing holiday, but also offers a lot of nearby places to visit if You are interested for a dynamic holiday. It is close to the sea, restaurants, great views, and parks.
My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Sea is only 50 meters from the house. Nearest restaurant is only 30 meters, and nearest grocery store is 80 meters from the house.
Big grocery store is 4 kilometers away.
Free parking is included.
Public transportation includes buses and taxis.
Nearest bus station is 150 meters from the house.
Kožino is a quiet place situated only 7 km from Zadar city center, which is pronounced to be the best touristic destination in Europe in 2016.
A few good restaurants and an interested adventure park are located in Kožino.
Also, for just 10 minute drive You can go to numerous sandy beaches, Nin (beautiful small, and 3000 years old city), and of course Zadar, where you can discover many cultural, historical and modern attractions as well as night life.
For just up to one and a half hour drive you have accesses to 4 out of 7 Croatian national parks such as Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls, Paklenica, and Kornati islands.

This property was built by my family. They chose to build a house outside of busy city life, but just close enough so they have easy everyday access to everything city life has to offer. Today I have the privilege to rent this home and offer tourists to have a memorable holiday.
