We collect a security deposit for Booking.com and VRBO bookings, this deposit is refunded up to 14 days after check-out, if no damages are incurred in the unit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and near entrances/shared spaces. If smoking is detected, please make sure you are standing at least 25 feet away from the building entrance and windows when smoking and dispose of butts properly. You are not to put the cigarette butts on the ground. Any violation will result in a $500 fine
