Experience Panama City like a local and get set for an unforgettable vacation at our 2 story townhouse—an ideal base for both families, friends and snowbirds looking to kick back in a laid-back setting.

We welcome our Winter Long Stay Guest and a discounted long stay rate will be quoted. The longer you book, the cheaper your stay will work for you. November, December, January, February and March will be classified as the months for long stays with us. Guess what, that includes your furry family - a true bonus as now they don't have to be left behind to endure the colder months.

This 2-Bedroom/1.5 Bathroom (Pet Friendly) town home is a short walk to the beach and accommodates six (6) guests comfortably. If you prefer to drive instead of a quick stroll, you will find ample parking and restrooms/showers at the Richard Seltzer Parking area (Beach Access #23) just minutes away. The other Beach Accesses close by is #16, 17 and 18 just a short stroll away. The home itself provides you with two (2) free parking spaces alongside one another directly in front of the entrance to the home.

This coastal gem is designed to impress. It offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm.

Two (2) large bedrooms with ample storage space to cater for all the bathing suits you plan on bring to the beach, while soaking up Sunshine D and enjoy a cool drip in the tranquil emerald coastal waters.

Seas the Day comfortably accommodates up to six (6) guests with room to spare. You’ll appreciate the fully stocked kitchen which enables you to enjoy exquisite dinners in the comfort of your own space.

This home also provides you with six (6) beach chairs and three (3) umbrellas to enjoy down at the beach. All free beach items need to be returned to the townhouse on a daily basis. Please take a moment to wash off the sand after using them and store them where they belong. Should we find that any of the chairs or umbrellas have gone astray upon check-out, a replacement fee will be charged to replace them for the next guests.

This beautifully renovated beach house is the perfect haven for couples, a family of 4/6 or friends just wanting to enjoy some downtime to gather and catch-up. The upstairs layout comprises the Master Bedroom with a king bed, the secondary guest bedroom with a queen, an outdoor patio off the Master bedroom and the beautifully spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All hotel standard linens and bath towels will be provided including all bathing essentials (shampoo, conditioner, bathing gel and paper products. No need to bring your hairdryer as this will also be provided.


*MAIN LIVING AREA* (LOWER LEVEL) The main floor living room has a guest bathroom and queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Full kitchen/dining area with everything you need to prepare your daily meals.

A BBQ grill, ample seating and a table upon which you can place that enjoyable sun-downer of choice while experiencing the security that the kids and furry family are safe and sound.

Smart tv, Free WiFi and outdoor laundry room which is equipped with a full size washer/dryer.

Plus, a short 10-minute drive will land you at entertainment hot spots such as Gulf World Marine Park, the famous Pier Park, Sky-Wheel, Zoo World/Zoological Park, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works, Frank Brown Park for the furry family members, St. Andrews State Park, Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure, with the harbor just minutes away where you can book a Dolphin Tour and Scuba diving adventures that the whole family will enjoy.

It features a fenced backyard perfect for families and pets with both manicured flower beds and soft green grass under your feet, BBQ, ample seating where you can enjoy a sun-downer of choice while experiencing all the security of the kids and furry family being safe and sound.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Schooners, Busters Pub, Patches Pub, Capt Anderson Restaurant, Salt Water Grill, & Newby's are just around the corner making for a great walk or short drive home after dinner and drinks.

Some little extras that the home provides, namely the furry friend's dinnerware and drinking bowls. Those have been provided for your stay as well. An air purifier has been installed to keep the home fresh smelling and free of any particle.

Please note that this house is Non-Smoking at all times. Guests can enjoy WiFi, heating, AC, and a Washer/Dryer during their stay. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this cool retreat is the perfect home base for your Panama City adventures.
