Guest Policy:
After booking guest will be asked to provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants.
Up to the registered number of guests allowed. No parties or unregistered guests permitted. Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.

Pre-Arrival Requirement:
To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, we kindly ask that all guests sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step with no exceptions; check-in instructions can only be provided once the agreement is completed. If not submitted on time, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation.

Guests can access the property using a lockbox located near the entrance. On the day of check-in, you’ll receive a unique code to open the lockbox and retrieve the physical key to enter. For your security, the code is updated after each guest’s stay.

A $200 penalty will be applied if the physical key is not returned as instructed at check-out.

Parking:
Two cars may be parked in the driveway outside the property. If you have a third car, it must be parked inside the garage.
