Parking (Important)
Parking is limited in Olivia Beach and rules are strictly enforced:
• 3–4 vehicles can park behind the home
• Garage fits one compact vehicle
• Do not block the rear alley
• Street parking in front of the home is not allowed

Interaction with Guests
You’ll have the home entirely to yourself, but we’re always nearby if you need anything.

We provide a smooth, hands-off experience with clear communication before arrival and easy check-in. During your stay, you’ll have direct access to us by phone, text, or message for anything that comes up, whether it’s a quick question or a local recommendation.

Beach Access
Beach access is a short walk from the home, though the closest route includes stairs. There are multiple access points in the area depending on preference.

Community Guidelines
This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood:
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: 11 guests
• No Smoking
• No Pets

Cleaning & Care
• Professionally cleaned before every stay
• Please treat the home with care during your visit
• Damage protection is in place to cover minor accidental incidents

Check-In & Requests
Standard check-in and check-out times allow for thorough cleaning between guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request depending on availability.

We’re local and hands-on, and our goal is to provide a smooth, well-prepared experience from booking through departure. We simply ask that you treat the home with care and respect the neighborhood so it remains a great place for future guests.
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict `noise curfew` of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
