Bienvenue dans notre condo au domaine du verbier. Situé au 2ᵉ étage, cet appartement comporte 4 grandes chambres avec rangement et 3 salles de bains complètes sur plus de 2107 pied carrés d`espace.
Située dans les forêts de Mont-Tremblant à quelques minutes de marche du village, cette magnifique et spacieuse unité offre une expérience luxueuse et confortable avec des équipements modernes. Le condo dispose d`un design ouvert avec mezzanine, hauts plafonds et baies vitrées, assurant une lumière naturelle constante et une vue imprenable sur la nature du matin au soir.
Notre grande cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée pour préparer de superbes repas en famille ou entre amis. Vous pourrez également apprécier passer du temps dans notre salle à manger très spacieuse, avec vue sur l`extérieur et accès à notre grand balcon reliant la salle à manger et le salon.
Le salon, lumineux et confortable, dispose d`une cheminée au gaz naturel et d`une télévision intelligente avec Netflix, YouTube et bien plus encore. Une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit est également disponible.

Noise & Gatherings No loud parties or events allowed. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, inside and outside. Please remain discreet at all times. If gathering, stay indoors as voices carry far. No noise after 11 PM under any circumstances. Respect the neighbors and community rules at all times.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Property Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean any substances.
Stained items will be charged for replacement. Please pick up all personal belongings and garbage, both inside and in common areas. No shoes inside the apartment. Leave shoes at the entrance. Keep all common spaces clean and quiet — no music or loud activities.
Parking & Traffic Rules Park in the correct space — your unit number is written on the garage pillars. Visitor parking is on the street only. Do not park on the lawn. Maximum driving speed on-site is 10 km/h, day and night — children, families, and pets share the space. Do not drive through the roundabout on the other side of the property.
Pavilion, Spa, and Gym Access Access pass is required for the pavilion and spa — it is linked to your unit and must be carried with you at all times. It is STRICTLY forbidden to consume or bring alcohol into any area of the spa pavilion, both indoors and outdoors. You may be asked to show it at any time. Spas are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, and the gym opens at 6 AM. This area is peaceful and quiet — please respect the tranquil atmosphere. Access after closing hours is strictly prohibited. Security or police may intervene.
Children & Supervision The property includes stairs and bunk beds. Guests are responsible for supervising children and anyone requiring assistance. We are not responsible for any accidents.
