Speaking of the living room, this inviting space boasts high-quality decor, a gas fireplace, and a TV, offering a wonderful spot to gather with your loved ones. Prepare mouthwatering homemade meals in the freshly remodeled kitchen and then enjoy the feast in the family-friendly dining area with seating for everyone. A small breakfast bar rounds out the dining space. Extra amenities include a TV in the main suite, a selection of family board games, and a ski locker.
Things to Know This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Hi Jody, thank you for your feedback. We want to assure you that our staff inspects the unit thoroughly before and after each guest’s stay. Guests are informed at check-in to contact the on-site team for any maintenance needs, and we are always happy to assist and resolve any issues promptly. Regarding your concerns, the kitchen is fully stocked as shown in the listing photos. We have checked all the TVs, and they are operating normally. The dryer was tested and is functioning properly, though it does get warm inside during use. The carpet is a fluffy white as pictured; while there is some wear in high-traffic areas, it remains in good condition overall. The toilet seat was a bit loose and has been tightened. All reported issues have been addressed.

Property may be ski-in ski-out during the winter, but by the time we arrived (Apr 25-30) that was far from the case. Unit was well-equipped and clean. Mattresses were firm and comfortable. Unfortunately, VRBO sought to impose an additional charge which was not disclosed before the stay. Be alert to this overreach.
