SLEEPS 14: MAIN FLOOR has 2 King Master Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one master includes twin bed & trundle. UPSTAIRS has BUNK ROOM for 6, TWIN Bedroom sleeps 2 and expanded bathroom - double sink vanity area, Shower/Tub room and Toilet closet/room.
MAIN FLOOR also has Living Room with ceramic log gas fireplace, stocked kitchen with large island with electric cook top and counter seating for 5. Dining Table seats 12 & Game Table seats 4. Half Bath/Powder Room and Laundry room with full washer/dryer.
COVERED PORCH: 6 rockers with matching side tables and dining table and 6 chairs. SCREENED PORCH has seating for 6. GROUND LEVEL has a propane grill, outdoor sink & granite counter, fish filleting area, picnic table, swing, chairs and two outdoor Cabana Shower stalls with lots of HOT water.
WIFI, COMCAST Cable TV & ELECTRONICS: Great Room and 3 bedrooms have TVs, DVD players and HD cable boxes. Bunk Room has mounted TV for gaming.
BEST BIRD WATCHING: Enjoy daily bird migration between federally protected bird sanctuary islands to the North and federally protected wetlands to see Brown Pelicans, Pink Roseate Spoonbills, Grey Blue Herons, Great White Egrets and Sea Gulls. Kids love to throw white bread off end of pier to seagulls an hour before sunset!
OUTDOOR LIVING & THINGS TO DO: BEACH READY: 5 minute drive to beach pocket parks. Nautical has beach towels and 6 collapsible beach chairs. Board games, cards, books, assorted DVDs and croquet set.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT NAUTICAL: While Nautical is a fenced property, families with small children should know that the bay front is NOT fenced. The exterior stairwell features a security gate. $200 Security Deposit due day prior to arrival and will be refunded within 72 hours of your departure date. Rental Agreement provided upon booking. No proms or large parties (wedding, graduation or college related) permitted. We rent only to adults 26 and older. No pets on property. No smoking. Maximum sleeping occupancy is 14 persons. Kayaks and boats welcome and there are several boat ramps available in the area.
