◈ No smoking or vaping indoors or on the deck
◈ Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM
◈ Winter weather may impact road access—4WD recommended in snow or ice

Well trained dogs are welcome

◈Confirm you are aware and comfortable with a few important details about the property: The cabin is located about 8–10 minutes down a maintained dirt road. There’s no cell service on the dirt road or at the cabin, so I recommend downloading or screenshotting your arrival info from the guidebook before heading into the area. While the cabin feels private, it’s in a peaceful area with a few other homes and rentals nearby, so it’s not completely off the grid! WiFi is provided via Starlink. The QR code usually works great, but the network name and password are also posted inside in case you need to connect manually. If Wi-Fi ever goes out, we’ve included easy troubleshooting steps in the guidebook and also have access to a backup network at a nearby neighbor’s cabin (all in the guidebook). Because of the rural setting, I do ask that guests are comfortable with light self-troubleshooting if needed.
