You will be required to complete the HOA transfer membership form and pay a one time fee of $150 for the social ammenity transfer. The Tuckers Cove HOA will need to approve the membership transfer and they will provide amenity cards. There is also a $25,per vehicle, fee for your parking sticker, as Tuckers Cove is a gated community. You will also need to make an appointment at the Babcock HOA to get an amenity card. All reservations require a 30 day minimum stay as per the HOA regulations. Reservations are available year-round.
