There are three decks, two overlooking the ocean and one looking towards the bay. Beach access is steps away and there is a life guard station in front of the house. Located in the best part of town, it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlor, shops, grocery store, tennis courts, bike rental and coffee shops.

For your comfort it is centrally air conditioned and has gas heat. For your enjoyment, it has a fireplace, a jacuzzi, three flat screen TVs, DVD players and stereo with ipod station. High speed internet, phone and cable service allows you to keep in touch with the world and also enjoy your stay.
