Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach



Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids, pool floats, pack 'n play and high chair upon request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

-Washer and Dryer

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Enjoyed our stay

We’ve stayed at Regal Beach a few times and always found it to be clean and comfortable. Very convenient to grocery shopping, stores and restaurants. Love the pools and easy access to beach.

Great family getaway

Excellent condo right on the beach!

Beautiful two bedroom condo just a few steps away from pool and beach. Everything you need is provided. Anything goes wrong, manager will help and fix right away. Very nice appliances including washer dryer. Also was walking distance to the mall, shopping and many great restaurants!

Private and convenient

This property is well situated on the 7 mile beach. The condo was lovely and the outside property was extremely well maintained. The small pool was advertised as a hot tub, but it was not, which was the only disappointment about the site. The size of the site is just right and feels private without being isolated from people and nearby interests and excursions.

Nice Quiet Place to Relax

The property was well cared for and had everything we needed. It had a good location on 7 Mile beach where we could walk to many stores and restaurants in both directions. We knew the beach would be small due to storms but it had a nice sand beach along its property, it just ended at both neighbors. A short walk up the street or in the water and you could then walk the entire beach North. The snorkeling from shore was really nice. We saw more schools of fish here then the reef. Even saw a very large lobster. The New Years Eve Fireworks next door were great, added bonus.

Our week at Regal Beach Condo #611 was great!

Renting the condo was very easy and convenient. The condo was very clean and had all the modern amenities you might want, dishwasher, washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and so on. The beds were very comfortable, and you could actually sleep due to the quiet time between 10 PM and 8 AM that all guests are expected to observe. The people who handled the rental were very nice to deal with and very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay at Regal Beach again...literally a one minute walk out to a beautiful sandy beach, and a short walk to plenty of good restaurants and shopping.

A beautiful home in a prized location

This condo was fantastic. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three tv's, my friend and I had our own spaces. The place is well-soundproofed so that we never heard anyone upstairs or even in the next room even though we knew they were there. Regal Beach is located on a lovely beach, although now radically abbreviated by a massive hurricane. We enjoyed moving from beach to pool and back again while reading, swimming, and walking. The front office was exceptionally helpful on several occasions, so we thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling trip and island tour. Folks are friendly at Regal Beach so we were able to enjoy chatting with others besides ourselves. Ultimately, we were grateful to be within walking distance of the beautiful Camana Bay shopping area and the excellent restaurants just a block away. So many people return to Regal Beach each year because it is so clean, convenient, and always secure.

Excellent Property

Excellent property. The condo was well appointed and exceptionally clean. The only issue are the beach loungers. On a daily basis cruise ship passengers or people from other properties would use the loungers on the property and limit access to condo guests.

Great location and stay!

Great location off 7 Mile Beach. Housekeeping a nice bonus. Family had a great time. Ildi our property manager was very helpful and nice.

Great for Families Not Great for Girls Trips

We came here for a girls trip we've been doing for years and years. The location is wonderful and so convenient to the beautiful beach and restaurants. We loved that it was low key during the day but just expect to be among a lot of children and families. At night, the place is SILENT!!! Quiet hours are at 10 pm and very strictly upheld. If you or your fellow travelers plan to sit outside after 10 pm for any reason, you need to pick a new place to stay. If you are a family and will be asleep by 10 every day, then this place is perfect.

Very clean grounds and polite staff

Magnificent beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas. You can walk right into the beautiful ocean and enjoy the waves. Many snorkeling right off shore!

Another lovely vacation

This was our 3rd stay at Regal Beach, this unit's kitchen was not as well equipped as our previous properties, but everything else about our visit continues to exceeded expectations. We look forward to next year.

Gorgeous Property

Our property managers were absolutely fabulous - really like having a personal consierge! We had a small issue with the screen door, but it was resolved immediately - and they left us a bottle of champagne for the trouble! The unit was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we could have ever needed. The daily housekeeping service was an added bonus, and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be returning.

Outstanding family vacation....

Outstanding family vacation. Beautifully furnished two bedroom with plenty of cooking utensils, china, glassware and appliances. Great pool and beach lounge furniture and umbrellas. Housekeeper and groundskeeper quite friendly. Very friendly guests from all over. Marriott, Stingers and Coconut Joes next door are quite convenient for food and drink. Owner checked on us throughout to insure a terrific stay. Cant wait to return.

Life Changing Experience

My family and I had the most wonderful relaxing holiday ever. Ms Dale was amazing and provided us with everything that we needed to make sure we had the best holiday. The condo is beautiful, spacious and spotless. The Condo is situated literally 20 steps to the beach, which you can see when sitting on the porch and It has a swimming pool. You have the Marriott hotel next door, which was great for us and the children with lots of water sport activities and good food! There are so many amazing places to eat along the Seven Mile Beach, Lucas restaurant, The Westin, The Ritz, Dukes, Aqua, Copperfalls Steakhouse and plenty more. We stayed for 18 days, we had to move to another condo (as 611 was booked for the following week:-() for the last week of our stay which was ok, as it was like having another holiday! It was a life changing experience for all of us. We'll definitely be back next year ?
