Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach



2nd floor direct ocean view condo with three bedrooms (2 King beds + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra sleeper ottoman available in the living room.

This luxurious condominium offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been recently renovated and features fine furnishings, high-quality bedding, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and fiber optic cable TV.



The condo is equipped with the following:

-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi

-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom

-Beach toys for kids

-Pack n Play and high chair available on request

-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

-Washer and Dryer

Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Ladies Trip to Grand Cayman

Location!! We were right on the beach, couldn't get any closer if we tried. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.

My family loved staying here! Right on the beach and quick access to a clean pool. We loved the daily housekeeping and central location to town!

Great Family Friendly Property

This was a great location for 26 family members to stay. All condos were close proximity to each other. Pool next to ocean was a plus. I heard many compliments from the family that it was so nice to walk out on the beach and into the water and have the sand be so smooth everywhere. Not rocky, as we we saw in other areas further down the beach.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time. The location is great, the condo is lovely and very clean and had everything we needed. No one ever stopped by but the office staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The beach access was awesome. We spent a lot of time at the pool. We would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing family vacation in GC

Our family stayed in the condo in early March of 2017 and couldn't have been happier. Amazing location overlooking seven mile beach with plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 kids we had with us. We were out at the beach or pools every day. At night there were plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. We will be back.

Vacay in paradise

I enjoyed the spacious living room and open room concept. The rooms are nice sizes and so are the beds. I love the balcony and wish I could wake up every day with that view. I appreciate the manager who was very welcoming and also allowed us to check in a bit early. Last but not least I love the location. Peppers right across was the best thing. Will definitely return again. Some of the beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

Great Option when visiting Grand Cayman

We are thinking about purchasing a home on Grand Cayman to reside there part of the year. The Regal Beach Club is ideally located for people to explore the island. Many super restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The facility is pristine, and very well kept. The management folks are very responsive to the needs of the guests. Note this is a condo community so that there are always a combination of owners and renters.

Great location, very comfortable accommodations, recommend highly.

The beauty of this place took my breath away. It is even better in person than in pictures. It was perfect for our setup - a couple, my Mother, and two teens. The second floor location is ideal - lots of enclosed patio space, but away from the traffic flow on the ground floor. My only suggestion is to build a larger fitness center with wifi. Thank you for the hospitality. I really hope we can return someday!

Great place to stay

Check in was so easy. The place was super clean. Maid service came by everyday to clean the place for us. Kitchen was big and well stocked. All the appliances were updated. The view was gorgeous!! Right on the water. The only little thing was the beach was more narrow than other spots up the beach. It wasn’t a bad thing just a personal preference.

Another great stay

Our second time staying at RBC. Just as the first time, it was terrific. The location is great and enjoys proximity to everything, as well as beautiful sunsets every evening. The unit was spotless and well supplied. Having a washer/dryer is so nice and allows us to pack fewer clothes. The grounds are very well maintained and the Marriott is right next door if you feel like grabbing a drink or breakfast. We come mostly for the scuba diving and it never disappoints. We will be staying again. Thank you.

GUYS GETAWAY

Our apartment/condo was right next to the beach and the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with the ocean view and listening to the waves. We had a rental vehicle, but did not use it much as we had local friends who took us to bars to restaurants. We felt very safe at all time. The only draw back is stones (not pebbles) when you enter the beach. Once you go about 10 feet in the beach, there is not many stones, only a few.

A dreamy tip!! Can't wait to return.

We could not have been happier! This place was absolutely fantastic. Our group of 7 had plenty of space. With 5 kids (17, 18, 20,20, and 21) this place was just the perfect fit. We were close enough for everyone to walk around and explore on their own or together. We loved the long walks North on the beach in the morning. Quiet and beautiful. The views from this condo are breathtaking!! We all loved hanging on the screened in porch (with a fan, too!!) taking advantage of the insane views. There were two coffee pots (regular and Keurig), a hair dryer, and we loved the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers. Brilliant!! And SO MANY towels. What a BONUS!! We used the blender daily making mango smoothies for breakfast and pina coladas in the afternoon. We snorkeled off the beach and swam a ton. The water was like a big swimming pool. I would not hesitate to book this myself again or recommend this fantastic property. Communication was top notch the entire way as well. Thank you for a fantastic week in paradise!!

Utterly relaxing!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults and a one year old. The open, flowing floor plan made for easy living and sharing of time and space. A crib, high chair, and stroller were provided, which was much appreciated. We used the laundry room multiple times. Laundry detergent was provided. Pool noodles, a couple of snorkel masks, and a boogie board were used most days. The kitchen is more than adequate and clean, although only salt, pepper, and paper towels were provided. We bought our own olive oil, and spices, then left them in the condo for the next guest. Dishes and glassware were all good quality. Knives are in need of sharpening, but this is a common problem when traveling. I may add a knife sharpener to my suitcase next time. An outdoor grill is shared in the common area near the pool. We grilled fresh snapper and wahoo, purchased daily from a local George Town fisherman. A real treat! The grocery store is located less than 5 minutes by car. The best part of this condo is the close proximity to the sea, and the windows on all sides. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of waves each night, and by day we threw open all the windows and doors in order to enjoy the breeze and sound. It was amazing! We snorkeled right off our beach and were able to see a sting ray, as well as many different fish. Also went to Eden Rock to snorkel, but that wasn't much better than our own spot, at least on the day we went. Only minor negatives: occasional night time noise coming from the pool area, off the main bedroom. Sea weed left on shore after a wind storm. (Mother nature took the sea weed back to sea the next day.) Our stay was fantastic, and we hope to return another year!

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We work hard to make sure everything is perfect. We will certainly take care of the minor issues. The complex has a quiet time of 10:00 each evening. So if you want to keep your sliders open to enjoy the ocean waves, everything should be perfectly quiet at 10:00. There are sound proof windows and glass, so with sliders closed, you can sleep blissfully!!! Please come back and stay with us soon.

Gorgeous location!

This property location could not have been better. The condo is very spacious and our family of 3, plus my in-laws had more than enough space in #624. The pool deck was the perfect spot to watch the sunset over Seven mile beach!! The property manager Kristina was extremely accommodating, and was a great pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely be back in the years to come!

Amazing property on SMB

We loved our stay in unit 624! The views out every window were amazing. The unit was clean, bright and cheery and roomy for 4 adults and 2 children. Quick walk to many restaurants & shops. Only steps away from the most beautiful beach ever!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Great location -- walking distance to restaurants and shops. Next door beach has been eroded but there is plenty of beach at Regal Beach. I plan to rent again.
