Welcome to "Sand & Sapphire Shores" Edgewater Villa #204, Stay comfortably in Panama City Beach at this charming 2-bedroom condo on The Golf Course. Experience the peaceful atmosphere of this gorgeous property featuring 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a cozy living room with a pull out sofa, two bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer. Enjoy the soothing vibes of amenities like AC, WiFi, and a full size washer & dryer in the unit, Guests can relax and unwind in style.

āœØļø This beautifully decorated ground-floor villa easily accommodates 8 people! You'll find this location is the perfect ground floor unit with the small pond and golf course view right off the back patio. In the mornings, you can relax on your private patio and enjoy a coffee while watching the ducks in the pond. You are just steps to a relaxing pool by the front door. Tram service will take you from your villa to & across The Pedestrian Bridge that leads to the beach, lagoon pool, Bar & Grill and more! The tram runs from 9am till 10pm, during prime season and is free to use, just call them for a pickup or walk over to the gulf side, it's a short walk. The tram will not be running from November thru March. No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.

āœØļø Edgewater is a full-service gated resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. The resort is centrally located, just a short walk from multiple local dining and shopping options and a short ride from Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park.

āœØļø A par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities are all available at Edgewater. Book a tennis lesson with our pro while you're here to improve your game! This massive resort has 11 pools, a children's splash area, various hot tubs, a fitness center, a training studio, and a business center. Edgewater's own beach services company provides beach chair rentals, paddleboard rentals, and beach bonfires during the summer. Children can engage in Adventure Zone events during the summer.

We enjoyed our stay! It offered everything that was listed! The Tram was very easy and quick to transport us to the beach and to the pools when needed. It was a short walk to the beach! Our Villa was clean and comfortable! Having one of the pools so close to our Villa was a bonus! We can't wait to return!

Convenient lower level next to the pool. Easy walk to the beach (shuttle available as well). Family and I had a great time and will be back to the villas.

This condo was exactly what we needed. I took my three grandkids to the beach for a week and this place was perfect, lots of space so my teenagers werenā€™t running into each other and we loved having a full kitchen to cook in. One of the pools was just outside so spending time there was very convenient. The tram was the perfect way for the kids and I to get to the big pool and the beach and always so quick and polite and it was great to not have to look for parking at the beach. I liked being in a gated community. The owners was great to work with and very responsive, it truly had everything we needed and Iā€™ll definitely keep their info for future trips.

Perfect stay for perfect price

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a fantastic value for the price and had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient trip. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pans, utensils, a blender, coffee maker, and dishesā€”everything youā€™d need to cook and enjoy meals at home. One of our favorite features was the hose out back, which made rinsing off after a day at the beach super easy.While there were a few minor things that could use attention, none of them took away from the overall experience. Everything else was great! The view was breathtaking, and it was just a short walk to both the main pool and the beach. We also loved having the unitā€™s private pool right outside our doorā€”such a bonus.The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!
