A beautifully designed home welcomes travelers looking for spacious accommodations close US 31, walking distance to Grand Park, and near the Monon Trail.

This 4BR/5 BED/2.5BA is perfect for your large group gathering. Plenty of space, inside and out, for the group to spread out and relax while visiting. Open concept kitchen has plenty of island seating, double refrigerators, gas range and extra cooktop. Front room has ping pong table. Rear deck overlooks spacious backyard and community pond.

**The Garage is a separate attached guest suite with a separate entrance to the north side of the garage and main house that is not included with this listing. This unit has its own separate entrance and parking. There is no interior access between the main home or garage apartment. The garage apartment may be rented when you arrive. It can also be rented in conjunction with the main home if available.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. These bedrooms all contain a floor AC unit in addition to the home`s central air conditioning. The upstairs has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 - King sized bed and desk with full ensuite bathroom. A pack n play is also available and located in the master closet.

Bedroom #2 - Queen sized bed.

Bedroom #3 - Queen sized bed.

Bedroom #4 - Two twin daybeds.

The main floor has a spacious kitchen with two refrigerators, a gas slide in range, and an extra gas cooktop at the island. The two islands each have seating for three people (for a total of six island seats). There is also seating for six at the dining table. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen.

The living room has a large smart TV with Roku. All TVs are set to guest mode - you just need to sign into your own accounts and enjoy your streaming services. There is a half bath and ping pong table also on the main floor.

This home has a spacious backyard with a large deck overlooking a community pond.

**Please park in the drive responsibly! There may be guests at the Cubby (converted garage). There is plenty of parking but please avoid the black top as this is the Cubby`s parking.

Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

Guests have full access to the home aside from a locked utility closet on the main floor. Guests do not have access to the separate garage apartment.

I am offsite but live nearby. Please be patient with late night communication as I do sleep and personally answer all inquiries - there is no separate third party answering service. If there is an emergency, please contact me right away via the app and call if I do not respond.

Home is located within 100 Yards of Grand Park, easily walkable!!

Minutes from Downtown Westfield and conveniently located off of Highway 31 west on 191st street to Tomlinson Road.

The home has two active exterior cameras. These are Ring doorbell cameras and located at each front entry (one at main house`s entry door and one at garage apartment`s entry door). These record motion/sound and are on.

This home also has a community pond in the backyard. This is not fenced nor is a lifeguard on duty. The pond is lovely but no swimming is allowed. Children should be supervised around the pond at all times.

Please note, this home is surrounded by trees, plants, and a pond. There is a family of ducks who come around nearly everyday. Most people enjoy these visits. If you do not, simply ignore the ducks and they will move onto the next home. There is also other natural wildlife around such as fox, raccoons, snakes, mice, spiders, gnats/flies, bees/wasps, and mosquitos. We do utilize quarterly pest control services, but we are also respectful of wildlife. Please note you may come across some in your stay here.

Utilize outdoor area with pond at your own risk. No fencing in backyard nor lifeguard on duty.
While we understand that not advancing in your tournament is disheartening, you will not receive a refund for your remaining booked stay should this happen. There are lots of fun things to do in the area should you find yourself with an extra day and we encourage you to explore the guidebook!
Avoid parking or blocking the striped area on the pavement that is designated for the guest suite.
