Fabulous 3 Bed 2 Bath Spacious Ground floor family friendly apartment in Majestic Hills, luxuriously furnished in a Secure Gated Community a short stroll from the beach with its own popular restaurant & bar. Sleeps 6 Air Con throughout (hot/cold) free Super Fast WIFI and situated in one of the most exclusive developments on the Casares Costa. Please don't confuse our apartment as a cheaply furnished 'only to let' property!! it is our second home & beautifully furnished throughout . There are 2 large pools available, set in fabulous 'award winning' landscaped gardens. The lounge has a large 55" UHD 4K Smart TV & High End sound bar, with sky, BT Sports, f/view UK channels & a large selection of on demand films. There are 2 large leather sofas and a dining table to seat 8. The open plan kitchen is superbly appointed, from a Nespresso coffee machine, smoothy maker to V&B wine glasses, together with all the quality appliances you would expect. Patio doors lead to the large terrace which over looks the pool, Alfresco dining & variety of places to relax from the Morrocan day bed, private sun lounges, rattan sofa's & Gas BBQ.
The spacious airy bedrooms all have large fitted wardrobes. All the bedding is made up of goose down pillows and duvets (these can be substituted for hyper allergenic if required), with high quality mattress's & 100% luxurious cotton bedding.
For your entertainment there is a UHD 55” TV and High Quality Sound Bar with BT streaming from your personal device

Wonderfull vacation.

Very nice apartment, clean, good beds, everything you need is available.The location is perfect to go to the beach, to go Estepona, Manilva etc.We had a wonderfull time with 3 kids, many thanks and we will book again!

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, as I mentioned when I spoke with you prior to your arrival, that unfortunately our regular and reliable cleaner had broke her leg and hip and the last minute ‘stand in’ cleaner (which are really difficult to find in August) obviously hadn’t done a thorough enough clean for your high standards. It didn’t help that I couldn’t rectify your complaint and have the apartment thoroughly cleaned for you as you chose not to let me know of this until the evening of your departure after a 9 day stay. As I mentioned I was disappointed that you hadn’t brought it to my attention. Thank you again for your reservation.

Beautiful apartment

We spent 4 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is a very quiet location overlooking the pool. My 2 grandsons really enjoyed the pool. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment

This property is so comfy, a home away from home with everything you could possibly need! The owner, Tony, is so helpful and travelled over to check us in! The apartment is situated in a very peaceful urbanisation but still ideally placed for Estapona town, La Duquesa, Sotogrande and many other interesting places. Will definitely book again!

Majestic Hills vacation

This was our first trip to Spain so we didn’t know what to expect. We can honestly say from start to finish the experience was wonderful. The property was as nice or better than described, with every attention paid to detail. If any problem occurred Charlotte was absolutely fantastic in taking care of it. We would highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone considering a trip to the area.

The property is located in a quiet area with well maintained gardens and the pool areas are kept immaculate. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There were a few maintenance issues but these were rectified immediately. Excellent hosts we would definately recommend this apartment. Perfect for young families. What a great property, a real home from home, beautifully decorated and fully kitted out with everything you could ever need. We all felt very comfortable from day one. Everywhere was immaculately clean and fresh. Our awkward flight times were accommodated without any problems. Any queries were answered immediately by the owners, who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. 5 Stars *****. Many thanks to Tony and Sam

Summer holiday

We spent just over a week here in June 2025. A few days before the trip, we were informed that a power outage had damaged the air conditioning and many electrical appliances. Some were fixed, but the air conditioning and dishwasher were not working.This definitely affected our holiday — it was nearly 30C outside and almost as hot inside, so the nights were very uncomfortable. We're used to having a dishwasher at home and didn't expect to wash dishes by hand on holiday, but we had to do so.We still paid the full price and the owner didn’t offer any discount, even though an essential feature like air conditioning was not available.The place itself is beautiful, but it needs a deep clean — housekeeping has clearly been below standard.

Amazing property - fanstatic relaxing holiday

Lovely property in Majestic Hills. Really well equipped with everything you need plus having English TV (even full sky channels sky sports etc) is a bonus. There are two pools on the site both of which we had to ourselves during our entire stay. The beach and local restaurants are not far (0.5 miles) but if you have little ones (under 4s) you may struggle to walk there and back due to the hills (we had to get a taxi back). The local beach is lovely and up the road in Estapona there is a beach called El Cristo which is amazing, would definitely recommend checking that out. Its set into a bay so it is calm and great for children. Sam and Tony are amazing hosts. They respond really quickly to any queries and really go that extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and give you great little tips as of where to go. They are happy to answer any question you have no matter how small which really goes a long way to making you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We had a fantastic family holiday here.

Everything you could need

Stayed here for two weeks in August with my three children and husband (kids of 5, 3 and 6 months). The apartment is very lovely. Great value. It's in lovely condition. Has everything you could need (in terms of kitchenware, towels, washing machine, coffee machine, etc). Terrace is lovely and big and we frequently used BBQ. Two lovely pools. Very quiet, lots of sunbeds, shady areas to sit. Apartment is walking distance to a little bar and playground and at least two beach bar/restaurants. Driving distance to Estepona, Gibraltar, Marbella. El Cristo beach in Estepona is perfect for small children. You would definitely need a car but it would be a pity to not drive around to see some of the area so I think a car is a good idea regardless. Casares is a white village which is an easy drive from the apartment and has very lovely restaurants all the way there (up in hills, very peaceful). Owners are very lovely and very very nice to deal with. Great air conditioning in flat. Found the TV a bit tricky to figure out but the WiFi was tops, better than some hotels I have stayed in so not a big deal (you can stream Netflix). They do have UK channels so worth asking for a bit more detail re the workings of the TV if that's your thing. One of the better sun holidays we have had, was gutted to come home (usually I am ready but this time I wanted to ditch my rainy London life and build a new life in Spain, ha). Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung benötigt dringend eine umfangreiche Grundreinigung, Renovierungsarbeiten und neue Gebrauchsgegenstände!!!Bei Anreise ging die Heizung nicht. In der 1ten Nacht Stromausfall. Im Kühlschrank und TK waren noch LM vom letzten Mieter der im Dezember da war! Die Küche war nicht sauber, fettig, alter Dreck an der Spiegelrückwand. Keine Ordnung in den Schränken.Türen und Schubladen teilweise verzogen.Fussleiste dreckig.Barhocker verrostet, Mülltonne war verrostet und stinkig.Die Matratzen in allen Zimmern durchgelegen, Bettdecke war voller Flecke! Das Badezimmer ist in einem katastrophalen, gesundheitsschädigenden Zustand. Die Dusche ist übersät mit SCHWARZEM SCHIMMEL!!!!!! Duschtür lässt sich schlecht öffnen und schliessen, Armaturen teilweise beschädigt.Tür zum Lüften im Schlafzimmer nicht zu öffnen da Griff fast abfällt.Den Staubsauger konnte man nicht benutzen, der Behälter übervoll von Dreck,ebenso die Bürste.Alle Sitzauflagen/Lounge von der Terrasse nass und feucht, nicht zu benutzen.Nichts war abgedeckt oder verstaut.Im Wohnzimmer an der Fenstertür die Fugen dreckig und schimmlig.Wir hatten 5 Wochen gebucht und sind nach 5Tagen abgereist. Trotz Info an Gastgeber kam niemand vorbei, nach 4 Tagen hiess es die Managerin wäre krank,stell ich in Frage!! Wir bekamen kein Geld erstattet, obwohl wir mit Fotos alles belegen konnten.Dieser Eigentümer sollte ernsthaft in Frage gestellt werden, da er wohl schon länger die Missstände der Sauberkeit ignoriert!!!!

Ruim appartement dichtbij een rustig strand

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad met 3 tieners. Het appartement is ruim en met een groot terras. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk en rustig. Wij hebben zelf ook een bed en breakfast en zouden vanwege de privacy en respect naar onze gasten toe nooit een camera neerzetten. Toen we hier achter kwamen heb ik mij de rest van de week niet meer zo prettig gevoeld

Hi Jelle, thank you for your review and I am delighted you enjoyed our property and the pools. if I may just clarify that the security camera in the hall only covers the apartment door. It is not a full monitoring camera it only captures the face of people entering the apartment (just once then it recognises them and doesn’t repeatedly capture again) so if anyone breaks in we can hopefully send the image to the police. I would be absolutely horrified if I had rented a place and it had cameras placed in it. Our property manager should have explained and let you know exactly what it is there for when she showed you in to the apartment and given you the option to unplug it if you so wished. (I will ensure this happens in future). I apologise profusely if it made you uncomfortable as it is there for security reasons only. Best regards Samantha

Lovely property in stunning complex

Lovely property in a stunning complex. Grounds and gardens and pool are spotless. Great communication with the owners and local property manager. The meet and greet on arrival was a tiny bit rushed, so much so that we had to contact them to work out why the aircon wasnt working. Turns out it had been switched off at the electric box so we had to be talked through it. But a minor issue. Property is very well equipped with everything you need. Some of the light switches didnt seem to be working but wonder if thats because they were Alexa controlled. But a again a very minor issue. Well stocked kitchen with equipment and appliances. Lovely and peaceful. You do need a car as a little off the beaten track for walking, esp in the height of summer. Great for a family. Would recommend.

Stylish retreat

Very high quality property. The decor throughout was high end and luxurious, this was more like a luxury boutique hotel than a standard holiday apartment. Nice spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms with lovely high end toiletries . Big terrace well set up for relaxation. We were five adults and had plenty of room. The aircon throughout the property was a great plus. It worked well and was very quiet. The complex is in a pleasant quiet spot but still within walking distance from lovely beaches. It is set in well kept gardens with two lovely pools which never got crowded. We had a lovely relaxing break and will definitely be back.

Vacaciones en familia

El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Hemos tenido una estancia muy cómoda y agradable con todas las necesidades cubiertas. La casa cuenta con un montón de servicios para hacer tus vacaciones inolvidables. La limpieza era aceptable pero se podría mejorar un poco. El apartamento está en una urbanización poco transitada por lo que es muy relajante. Muchas veces teníamos la piscina para nosotros solos por otro lado se tardan unos 15 minutos andando a la playa con un poco de cuesta. Durante nuestra estancia hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado pero los propietarios mandaron un técnico rápidamente para arreglarlo. Si volvemos por Malaga repetiremos seguro.

Good property ruined by terrible customer service and maintenance.

The apartment was as advertised, but REALLY fell down due to poor maintenance and communication with the owner. Unit was superficially clean but the master shower had enough black mould to make it unusable and the third bedroom smelled badly of damp. The heating didn't work and the shower door was broken plus several pot lights were burnt out. These had been like this for several months as we know the couple that rented this same unit in January and made the same complaints, which the owner ignored. We had to leave early due to Covid 19 and enquired about a partial rebate for the week we could not use. We sent four messages via "Contact Owner" email and have received no response of any kind. This owner does not deserve to be a preferred partner.
