3 Bed, 2 Bath in the Village of Santiago with an open, airy feel for the ultimate vacation. Guest quarters have a pocket door to close off from the common area for privacy. Conveniently located near two popular squares, SPANISH SPRINGS and LAKE SUMTER for shopping, dining and FREE nightly entertainment. Multiple recreation centers and golf courses within close proximity. Experience life as a Villager and Tropic Like It's Hot!
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to be executed by all drivers. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
