Good to know:
This is a lively, downtown-adjacent neighborhood. You’ll hear some city sound, including the occasional train — if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Pets are welcome — there is a $75 pet fee for the stay. Maximum 6 guests. No parties or events..
