Two plush couches and a recliner invite you to relax by the warm glow of the fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV equipped with HULU live. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring natural wood cabinetry, stone countertops with counter seating for four, and stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining table for six provides the perfect setting for shared meals, game nights, or simply enjoying good company.

Downstairs, the entertainment continues in the game room, where there’s something for everyone to enjoy. A plush couch creates a cozy spot to lounge, while the pool table and multicade provide hours of friendly competition. A card table offers space for board games or poker nights, and the wet bar with a mini fridge keeps your drinks and snacks within reach. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in both the basement and the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared with the living area) with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with two private vanities and a shower/tub combo, shared with bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Wi-Fi extenders are on each level of the cabin along with a landline phone due to spotty cell service.
• The home is also equipped with heated floors in the main level and upstairs bathroom that can be used in the winter months (Oct-Mar).
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• AWD or 4X4 vehicles may be required during winter months.
• The gas fireplace is seasonal and available from October - March.
• The pool is located offsite at Honeysuckle Pool and Deli. Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at the corner of the cabin and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located above the main entry stairs actively monitoring the entrance.

Just a few miles from the main Parkway, you’ll find getting around the area both easy and convenient. Famous country singer Dolly Parton was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton, is only a few miles from the home meaning guests can reach exciting rides in less than 15 minutes. The Pigeon Forge city center, just minutes away, is packed with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and so much more! Of course, this location is also perfect for those seeking epic outdoor adventures. Reach the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or Wears Valley in under 25 minutes.
