The space
Offering an entire home for the family. The home provides a formal living area with a TV, open concept family room with kitchen and dining area, private office space for remote workers with additional twin sized bed, 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The family rooms opens up to a spacious deck and an open backyard. The basement is an open space with a pingpong table, dart board, and card table for gaming. Attached as the laundry room with washer and dryer.

The home also offers a private driveway for parking and a 2 car attached garage that is available for guest use. The entire garage is available. We offer WiFi and 2 Smart TVs to access all of your streaming needs.

Central heating & air-conditioning controlled by a single digital thermostat located in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. For heat, the central system has a natural gas furnace that supplies warm air to a vent or vents in each room of the house. Guest may desire to change the household temperature during the day and night depending on what you are accustomed. Temperature adjustments are easily accomplished by pressing the center of the thermostat face which will light the screen and simply adjust the positive or negative sign to the desired temperature.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, basement, attached garage and yard space. The entire garage is available for guest use. To access the garage, please enter through the house. The overhead doors are controlled through a set of automatic buttons to the left of the door into the house. The left garage door can be temperamental. If so, press and hold the button to lower. Release when the door touches the garage floor.

Other things to note
We have a spacious, private backyard with an open deck. Our yard, however, is not fenced in so please be respectful of our neighbors. We have a neighbor dog, Willow, who is a wonderfully friendly German Shepard. She is always accompanied by her family but please be respectful of her yard space as well. If you have a furry family member joining you, please keep your dog on a leash. To protect our home, we require a $75 pet fee. Along with your number of guests, select that you are also bringing a pet to have the pet fee automatically applied. Please contact us with any further questions or concerns regarding your pet stay.
