Welcome to Mt Bachelor Village! This rental includes two separate side-by-side condos. The first condo, Ponderosa Views is a comfortable condo boasting a deck with a private hot tub, grill, and scenic forested surroundings. A gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and jetted tub are great for relaxing indoors while access to tennis courts make it easy to enjoy the sun outside. This condo is within walking distance of the Deschutes River Trail and Riverbend Park. Old Mill District is nearby, where you'll find shopping, a cinema, and a variety of restaurants. Sunny days are best spent stand-up paddleboarding, floating, or kayaking on the river, hiking, or mountain biking on nearby trails. In winter, skiing on Mt. Bachelor is a short drive up SW Century Drive.

The second condo, Seclusion in Century West, is a studio condo that is ideal for couples and has everything you need for a peaceful getaway, including access to the resort's shared pools, skiing nearby, and a great location off the Deschutes River.
You'll have immediate access to all the amenities of the resort, including shared pools, tennis, and access to the Deschutes River. A riverside trail offers amazing views as well as the chance to stretch your legs, while canoe and kayak rentals provide a different way to explore the water. The Riverbend and Farewell Bend parks to the north feature picnicking, hiking, and more river views, with Bend providing shops and restaurants a two-mile drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
