Set on a 500 m² lot, HOP Anakena offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious social areas, a private pool, BBQ area, and garden. Its single-story layout makes it ideal for guests of all ages. The house includes quality appliances and inviting spaces designed for relaxation.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Anakena, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, social spaces, BBQ area, and free private parking. You’ll also enjoy access to the community’s common areas and a short walk to the beach.

The Neighborhood:
HOP Anakena is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, offering 24/7 security, a clubhouse with pools, sports courts, children’s play areas, walking trails, and direct beach access. An ideal setting for relaxation, fun, and connecting with nature.

Getting Around:
Playa del Carmen is located at km 204 of the new Panamericana Sur, just 2 hours from Lima and close to Chincha, Pisco, and Paracas. At the entrance, you’ll find a PRIMAX gas station with a restaurant and minimarket. From here, you can explore nearby towns and the southern coast of Peru.

Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.

The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.

Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.

Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.

Interaction with Guests:
We offer self check-in. A housekeeper will welcome you and provide instructions upon arrival. A host will be available via WhatsApp throughout your stay. Our maintenance team is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cleaning or chef services can be arranged for an additional fee.
